You've lived in LA for almost 3 years now. It was a new neighborhood so you got new neighbors all the time. You had it going pretty good for yourself. You had a best friend named Sean (Jacksepticeye) who lived in Ireland, you had your dream job of being a YouTuber, and you had a really nice house. But to top it all off, you were as single as single can be. But that didn't bother you much, but it made your family a small bit concerned. I mean, you're 25 and didn't have any interest in looking for a partner.

But one day you were at your computer looking at some feed-back from your latest video. This video in particular was a milestone video, and your channel just hit 12 million subs! Yay!! You were very proud of yourself, "it looks like (the) (y/c/n) channel has gone pretty far." You mumbled to yourself. While in the middle of reading comments you got a phone call from Sean.
*phone call start*
Sean- Hey (y/n)! How are you? It's been forever sense we last talked.
You- I'm good, and I know! It's been a full two days! An entire 48 hours.
Sean-  Heh. Glad to know you can do basic math.
You- Oh shut up. *laughs*
Sean- *laughs*
You- Sooooo, how's the whole girlfriend situation been go- *crash*
Sean- (y/n) are you okay?!
You- ...Yeah I'm fine just the new neighbors moving in next door. He dropped the couch outside by mistake.
Sean- Oh thank god. I thought you fell over and died or something.
You- Nope, this single Pringle is still alive.
Sean- Okay, well what were you saying before?
You- Oh, I was gonna ask if things have been going well with you and your girlfriend. But I'm gonna have to ask you that later, I think the neighbors might need some help.
Sean- Oh, okay. Well you go do your thing. Call me later okay?
You- Okay, see ya tennis ball.
Sean- ...funny...
*phone call end*

Y/n's point of view
I quickly went upstairs to throw on a (fav. Color) flannel over a tank-top that I was already wearing. I quickly ran outside to next door to see if I could help with this whole moving process. By the time I got to the front of the driveway I noticed a man with red hair sitting on the couch after failing to lift it.

"Hi, I'm y/n, I'm your new neighbor." "Oh, hi y/n, my name is Mark." *hand shake* "Nice to meet you mark. Umm, so I couldn't help but notice that you might need some help with this." I said while making hand movements towards the couch. "Oh this old thing," Mark replied. "Yeah, I could use a hand. Thank you." "No problem." I replied. After Mark and I moved the couch inside he thanked me and asked if I wanted to have a coffee or something. I politely declined because I already had a cup this morning. We said our goodbyes and hopes that we'd see each other again tomorrow.

When I got home, I sat down on my couch thinking about Mark. He's so cute. I wonder if he noticed that I thought I was cute. I hope not. He probably has a girlfriend anyway.

Marks point of view
The boys won't be here for another hour or so, so I decided to be stupid and tried to pick up the couch all by myself. I didn't even get it 4 feet off the ground when I dropped it. I was exhausted from moving in all day. So I sat down, and not even 5 minutes passed before I saw my new neighbor come out of her home to see if she could help.

She had a (fav. Color) flannel on and she was hawt! Like, damn. She came up and introduced herself as y/n, she was really nice. She helped me move the couch inside, but politely denied a cup of coffee when i asked her if she wanted any, saying that she already had some that morning. She waved goodbye and hoped to see me around. I pretty much repeated what she was saying as she left because I was so distracted by how beautiful she was. I went inside and called up my best friend Sean. And I told him all about her.

Surprisingly, he knew her and said that they were really close friends. We talked and he said that he'll ask her if she has a new crush on anybody. I really hope she says yes.
