It was not long before the students of Professor Aurora's Art class were taking seats in the classroom of Professor Ryker's Music Production course, and Axel wanted nothing more than to be with his siblings. More time wasted equaled more time spent worrying about his toddler brother not allowing his teenaged sister to work in peace. No one could tell there was so much on his mind though, and he preferred it that way as he followed his classmates into the room and took in his surroundings.

The room was huge, the lights a soft amber that gave a relaxed vibe to the room. There were couches and tables of different shapes, sizes, and textures placed throughout the room-- all facing the main recording studio to the right side of the room. The atmosphere whispered its coziness to each new body that entered the room and it eased Axel's growing anxiety just the slightest.

Professor Ryker's students had their eyes and ears glued to the woman whose soft, strong, melodic voice was singing her scales through the massive speakers and the deeper he stepped into the room, the more he could see. For instance, there was a large glass separating the person behind the voice and the rest of the students, and there was a man seated in front of a large display covered with buttons, switches, levers, and lights of different shapes, sizes, and colors. He fiddled with a few of them as the woman sang, tweaking some just a bit while maneuvering others more widely.

"Feel free to get a closer look guys," Professor Aurora said to her class, gesturing toward the glass while she gently squeezed Professor Ryker's shoulder.

Axel was the first to step forward toward the glass and was instantly surprised at what he saw. It was the periwinkle haired woman who had run into him earlier, and seeing her up close made his heart race rather unexpectedly. He instantly disliked the feeling and made a mental note to avoid the woman. The last thing he needed was a distraction-- beautiful or not, and attractive she was.

She was a stunner in her own unique way. Short, maybe 5'3", with curves in what most would probably claim to be a 'plus sized' frame. Her skin was a soft-looking olive tone that suggested she was of european descent, and her long wavy, curly hair reached just above her lower back. Her nose was also pierced with a hoop through each nostril and her big brown eyes were so light and soft they almost looked copper in color. She was dressed in black skinny jeans, a black long sleeved top that ended just below her plump bottom, and was also very much barefoot in the booth. Her black stilettos were placed neatly by the door making him chuckle softly to himself. He now found her even more adorable and hoped with all of his might that she was a lesbian.

"Alright guys," Ryker called, "pass them this way with the year facing up for me, would ya?"

Aurora's students watched curiously as the twenty six students of Ryker's Music Production class all crowded around him and began handing him index cards. After organizing the cards in numerical order, Ryker quickly scanned over what was written on each of them.

"You guys couldn't think of anything harder?" he chuckled and then grinned up at the woman in the recording booth.

"Ready, sweetheart?" he asked, pressing a button so that she would be able to hear him passed the glass. She gave him a dimpled smile and a thumbs up as she adjusted the headset over her ears.

"Nervous?" He asked, observing the way she shook out her hands and swayed from side to side.

"Incredibly," she breathed out, her soft British accent flowing through the speakers.

Ryker chuckled, "Don't be, darling. You are naturally gifted."

"Thank you, sir." She smiled shyly and then waved at Professor Aurora, to which the female professor responded by blowing her a kiss as she gathered the cards her husband handed to her.
