"Hello."
"Hello,Alex unnie. Good morning!"
"....."
"I'm gonna throw all these sketches into the bin. It seems like you're not using them anymore and we're really gonna clean this whole apartment. So, you better let us know if there's anything that you still want to keep, we'll put them in the box, okay?"
"....."
"Brian?"
"Hmmm?"
"Brianna is that really you?"
"Unnie..."
"You guys are already in Seoul?"
"Err...Hehehe. It's school holiday."
"Oh my godddddddddd!"
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐They didn't take their eyes off her. Not even for a second.
"Does anybody here has any idea what is happening to her?" Suki whispered.
The other three girls were just shook their heads. Alex was sitting at the back of their training room, listening to songs through her headphone, smiling. She was beyond happy since this morning and she cleaned the whole apartment all by her own which was a rare thing to ever happened as she usually will woke them up and asked them to clean the house together with her. Also, she was the most energetic one during the dance practice today. And she never stopped smiling since morning.
"The girls are here." Cara joined the group.
"The girls...?"
She nodded.
"Her sisters."
"Aaaaaaa."
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐She just finished washing the plates after dinner, walked to the living room to where her father was. The girls were in the room, playing games and of course, messing up the room.
Her father was there too. But, he was about to leave by tomorrow night, so they decided not to go anywhere but to spend quality time with the family. Luckiky, her father bought the apartment two years after she started her trainee period. He bought an apartment which was near to the agency's building so that they could meet Alex at least for a few days whenever they went back to Korea.
As the children grow older, he rarely got to spend his time with them. After Amelia's death, he tried his best to be with the girls as close as he could. He will be retired two years from now. He couldn't wait to move back to his homecountry for good, spending as much time as he could with all his daughters. If only Amelia was here...
"Yo,Mr. Kim Jae Gwon." He snapped out of his reverie.
"Hey, girl." He smiled to Alex. She sat on the couch."I thought you were watching the TV."
"I am." He replied while pressing the button on the remote control, tuning from one channel to another.
"No, you're not." They giggled.
"You're thinking about her don't you?" She didn't turn to look at him.
"Hmmm?"
"Mi madre."
"Mi bella luna." He replied.
"Sí. Su bella luna. I know."
"How's work?" He turned to look at her, giving all his attention to his first daughter who seemed to grow up so fast. The last time they were sitting and had a conversation like that was when he asked her about her school stuff, her classes, quiz, examinations and clubs in school. Now, here they are. Talking about her work, the path that she chose, the career that she built. Amelia must be proud of her.
'Do you see her, Ameli? She's such an ambitious and hardworking girl. Just like you,Ameli.'
"Good. Cara helps me a lot, and the other members too."
He pat her shoulder.
"Papa..."
"Hmmm?"
"Do you think...Mama is happy with what I'm doing now?" Jae Gwon turned to look at his daughter.
"Are you happy with what you're
doing?" He asked back."Of course I am."
"Then, she will be happy for you too." And they both smiled.
Jae Gwon couldn't think of the right words to ask her. There was something that he had been thinking of since Brian told him about the incident.
"Alex..."
"Yes?"
"You met him,right?"
Alex was hoping that she was misheard his question. Or that she didn't hear the question at all.
"You met him,right?"
She took a deep breath.
"How did you know?"
"Brian." He answered shortly.
"So I watched the variety show. He'd grown up so fast. Turned into a very handsome gentleman I must say."
"Does the word 'gentleman' even suit him?" She murmured sarcastically.
"Hey. Don't say that."
Alex was positioning her body so that she was facing her father.
"Tell me about it. I thought you hated him."
"Oh no. No no no. I did never say I hate him." He denied her words.
"But you were so mad at that time, you even...."
"Mad. I was mad at him, I did not hate him, nor do I now."
"Fine."
"Did you guys talk about it?" Jae Gwon held her hands.
He kinda liked Yoongi back then, but after what he did. He was feeling disappointed and mad at that young man. Sometimes when he give it a thought, Yoongi was cruel. Sort of. To play with his daughter's feelings. To make her felt humiliated just like that. But, he didn't know why deep in his heart, he still thinks that Yoongi just made a decision for both of their own good. And if he did that just to ease their condition and situation, he couldn't blame Yoongi. That boy had all the right to dictate his path.
"A big no with a capital 'N' and triple 'O'."
"I think you should."
'Hell no.'
"No, thanks."
That was when her father started to giggle.
"What? What did I say wrong?" She was feeling annoyed with Jae Gwon's reaction.
"One thing that I am certain...You still have a feeling towards him."
'Hell no!'
"Nooooooooooo."
"Right." He smirked to her.
He didn't know what will happen to both of the youngsters. But he was hoping for anything and anyone that will keep her happy and safe.
He was thinking of the incident that caused her to be like this today. He remembered how terrible she was at that time. He still didn't know what caused Yoongi to make such decision.
'What were you up to,Yoongi?'
