I was having a conversation with arisatocrats about it and she said that "Wash me clean" is because he wants to wipe off all of his bad memories and when the song says "You deserve forever not a boy looking for better" means that Bucky thinks he's not good enough for anyone and doesn't deserve to be in this world alive and I so agree to that every time I listen to the song I feel like crying ??
