The fairy godmother arrived 10 minutes later flanked by Ben and Mal. "It's a pleasure to meet all of you." the fairy godmother said formally.
"It can be really hard fitting in, so if you're having any problems just ask." Mal added with a nod.
"Hey, I'm Ben." Ben introduced. "So your names are Thomas, Vanessa, Connor and Ace right?".
"Mmm-hmm" Ace answered. "So, what type of metals do you have in your laboratory? I've always wanted to construct my own killer robot!".
The fairy godmother looked alarmed.
Ace grinned. "It's just an expression." She explained. "But a killing robot would be cool.".
"Well, what else are you interested in doing here?" The fairy godmother asked, avoiding the question.
"Is there a nearby dock or something?" Thomas asked shyly.
"Do you have a choir?" Vanessa said hopefully.
"Yes, we do." The fairy godmother smiled. "What about you, Connor?".
Connor rolled his eyes. The only thing he was interested in was causing trouble and meeting Alice, and neither was a thing the fairy godmother would approve of.
"I'm sure you'll have fun anyway dear." The fairy godmother said doubtfully.
Connor smiled. "Of course I will..."
