Chapter 4~ The Ugly Truth

In my mind thats just cray cray because theres some stories on Wattpad that have been on here for years and don't have this much reads so again thank you so so so much I can tell this is going to be succesful ily okay. And keep in mind that this is a fanfic so not everything will be exactly accurate. I'll stop blabbering now ENJOY! :)

Chapter 4~ The Ugly Truth

HARRY'S POV

Here we go. I'm about to spill my life to someone I bareley know. But what's the worst Louis could do? Oh yeah, tell the whole school and then boom my big secret is out... would he really do that though?

"Promise me you won't tell anyone?" I asked Louis.

"I promise."

"Okay, so ever since I was..... I'm sorry. I just-" I looked down. "Harry, look at me. Louis said and lifted my chin with his finger. His eyes are amazing.... "Harry?" 

"Oh, sorry um... yeah?"

He blushed and continued. "It's okay, take your time. You can tell me when you're ready, you don't even have to tell me if you don't want to."

"No, I want to." Don't cry, don't cry. You can't cry in front of Louis, especially before you even start. Great, now I'm talking to myself.

"I don't know if anyone ever told you, but I'm gay."

I closed my eyes, expecting for Louis to tell me that I was disgusting and run off. When nothing happened, I opened my eyes again to find Louis nodding as if to say go on.

"Ever since I was 13 I knew. I don't really know how it happened. I guess I just found boys really attractive or something. Anyways, I only told my best friends Ed and... well, Zach." Louis mouth dropped open at that. "Ed didn't mind at all, he's still my friend today but telling Zach was a very bad idea. He told me that I was disgusting and never talked to me again. Until one day he came up to me with Nick and Tyler and started punching and kicking me. They bullied me ever since. After that, I tried so hard to keep things a secret, but one day my dad caught me and my boyfriend, Dylan, kissing in my bedroom. Dylan dumped me soon after and became straight. I really don't know how anyone could force themselves to be straight but whatever. My dad started abusing me after that. Whenever I would come home from school he would do the same thing that Zach, Nick, and Tyler do every day; punch and kick me. I don't know whats wrong with being gay. I mean, I'm not the only one, so why me, Louis, why?'

I didn't even realize I was crying until I felt something wet on my face. I quickly tried to wipe away the tears with my hand, but they kept coming. "Oh, Harry.' Louis said and hugged me tightly. I immediately melted into the hug and clung to him while sobbing into his shirt. 

"Shh Harry, It's okay. I'm not going to let Zach, Nick, or Tyler hurt you anymore okay? I'm here for you. I know you don't know me too well and I don't know you well either but you can tell me anything. You don't have to hide around me. Shh, it's going to be alright."

"B-but w-what a-about m-my d-dad? I stuttered out."

Louis sighed. "I don't know Harry, I don't know."

I sighed also and let go of Louis. "Hey Harry?" Louis asked.

"Yeah?"

"Do you want to come over to my place? I mean I don't think you'll be wanting to rush home because... ya know."

I smiled. "Sure."

Today has been a really good day. Louis' mum is really nice and me and Louis get along really well. We learned a lot about each other and we have a lot of the same interests. I ended up staying over for dinner and now we are in Louis' room talking about nothing in particular. Of course there was that one thing that I was dreading; the time when I would have to go home. That is, until Louis spoke.

"Harry?"

"Louis?"

"Would you want to... maybe... sleepover? I just really don't want to have you go home to your dad and we have a guest room so..."

I couldn't help but laugh a little at his nervousness. "Of course, but do you think you're mum will mind?"

"I don't think she'll mind at all. I think she really likes you. I'll go ask now." 

He came back about a minute later with a smile on his face. "She said yes!" This boy was too cute. "Yayyy!!!" I said happily like a 5 year old. We both laughed.

"Do you want to watch a movie?" Louis asked. "Okay, what movie?"

After a while we both fell asleep. The minute before I fell asleep I realized how lucky I was to have a friend like Louis
