Chapter 2

"It's moving day!" Mom woke me up. I had everything in boxes, an half were loaded into Faren's truck. Faren is my beautiful cousin, who is getting married in 6 months. She loves me to death, and has been comforting me ever since I was notified about moving. Faren is 19, and 20 in 1 month. (Let's cut to the chase...) I took 2 boxes and put them in the U-haul truck that dad and Anna are riding in. We won't get to Green until tomorrow, because it is all the way across the state. I yawned, and and put an "activity bag" in the passengers seat of Faren's truck. I also placed a pillow and some blankets in my seat. I texted Nathan. "Bye Nathan." "Bye, won't miss you." "Your nice." "I know." "Have fun with those ugly girls." "Ok I'll have fun with you." "Loser." I shut my conversation with him off, and Faren climbed in. "We're off!" My uncle and aunt lived in England until Faren was 12, so she has a British accent. I must admit, I obsess over it. Anyway, I haven't told anyone I'm moving except Danny and Nathan.

Anna's POV

I'm so happy to get out of this hell hole of a city. Green doesn't know me, but Jackson sure does. Goodbye Motherfuckers of Jackson! (You might be wondering about Josh..) "don't you want to say G-bye to Josh?" Oh my God. "Uh." "Go tell him." "No!" I slammed my phone down into the cup holder. Dad I have to go do something, Now." "Ok?" I opened the door and ran down the street. I hopped the trolley and rode to East 194th street. Josh was outside. "Josh!!" "Anna! Hey, how are ya?" "Pretty good." I tried To catch my breath. "Josh I have to tell you something." "Me too." He smiled warmly at me. "Josh, I'm moving." Tears were threatening to come out of my eyes. "Anna, we have until you move to be together." "I'm leaving today!" I hugged him tightly. "Want to hear my news?" "Ok." "Anna, it's not really news, but a question. Will you be my girlfriend?" "Josh, yes!" I squeezed him even harder.

"Josh, I have t-" he silenced me with a kiss. "I have to go." He looked down embarrassed. "Josh, I'll text you when we get there. I love you." "Love you too babe." I smiled. "Bye Josh!" I ran to the trolley stop. It arrived just a minute ago. Lucky day Anna, lucky day Anna. I hopped on the back. I cried the way back, and ran down my street. Running always soothed me. "Where the hell did you go?!" My dad asked me. "Just had to run an errand." "Sure ok. Lets go."

Abbey's POV

I woke up at 2 am. Faren was talking on the phone. I pretended to be asleep. "Yes, I'm coming home tonight honey." She cooed. "You have a surprise for me?!" She wiggled her eyebrows. "Ok. I'll see you at ho-" "meet you at Pari? Isn't that the snob filled fancy restaurant??" "I was right." "Ok see you later boo." And she hung up. "Good morning Faren" "Abs." I rolled my eyes. She liked calling me Abs. As we approached a stop light she pulled her red hair back. "Lets get some Starbucks k?" "Yes!" It instantly woke me up. We pulled into a small shopping center. I jumped out of the car and ran to Starbucks. "Hold your horses hon. Meet back at 3:00. That's 1 hour." "Ok!" And I ran off. Faren entered the small shopping center.

Faren's POV

"Ok!" She yelled and ran off. I entered a small shopping center. I quickly tucked into a dance store, just to check it out, and exited soon after someone tried to dance 'dirty' with me. Gross. "Sorry!" I bumped into a tall- Smoking Sexy Freaking guy. "It's ok." He patted me on the back and asked if I wanted to get coffee. "Um sure!" I tried to sound cheerful. It's wrong I know, but I'm just getting coffee with a new friend. "I'll pay." "No, I insist that I pay." We'll when you say it like that Mr. Sexy, I can't say no. "What's your name?" Stupid question. "I'm Mathew. What's yours?" "Faren." "Lovely name." "Thanks, Mathew." I looked at the time: 2:30. I really wanted to spend more time with Mathew, but I had to go soon. "Mathew, where do you live?" "Cinci." "I love Cinci!" "Where do you live?" "Henson." Well, i wasn't going to tell him that i also live with my fiancé there, because i cant get hot guys to hit on me anymore because of this stupid ring. I mean, i love Tony to death, but he really should've bought a more expensive ring. His father is the CEO of an Airline! And Momma Ross, his mother, is a Principle, but of the best college in town! My grand parents live there!" "Wow. We have so much in common Mathew!" Once we were done with our coffees, we had to sadly depart, but gave each other our numbers. "Bye Mathew." He hugged me and kissed my cheek. I looked up at him, but he had a horrified look on his face. "What's wrong?" "I'm sorry! The ring, your married-" "it's ok Mathew, and I'm only engaged." "I'm really honestly sorry Faren." "It's ok." I hugged him goodbye, and headed for the car. "Faren! I got you a doughnut!" "Ok." Abbey is so childish but I love it. "You know, I can take you on a shopping spree, to get faboo clothes!!" "Really?!" "It would instantly make you popular!" "Yes thanks Fox!" "You know I don't like being called fox, don't you?" "Yeah."

Abbey's POV

"You know I don't like being called fox, don't you?" "Yeah." I giggled. I love calling her that. Ever since she's been dating this Tony guy, she's gotten lots of money. Tony gets so much money from his rich parents!(He also said that on Friday nights, he gets great 'jobs' done from his bride-to-be. I wonder what that means.) I dozed off after eating my doughnut.
