Breelyn P.O.V.

I was driving on my way to Darnell’s house when a truck came and drove into the side of my car. I blacked out. I was always a speeder but I do cautiously drive. The only thing I remember is my phone started to ring before I blacked out.

I could here but I couldn’t open my eyes no matter how much I tried to but I could hear. I was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t move or anything. I wanted to cry but my face wasn’t moving and I couldn’t do anything.

“Well Ms. Jaleesa, Breelyn is very lucky, her leg is broken, and she is temporarily paralyzed, now when she wakes she won’t be paralyzed anymore. She isn’t in a coma it is more like a real deep sleep. I know you were worried about volleyball, she can still play but she will enter rehab to get her strength back.”

I was happy to hear about volleyball, I couldn’t see my life without it.

“Thank you doctor. When will she be able to get out?”

“usually a week or two after the patient wakes up. Until she wakes I don’t have an exact date”

“ok thank you”

I heard the doctor leave and Jaleesa started crying. I wish I could wake up but I can’t. My body won’t let me, and I can’t move it is terrible. I hate to see or hear her cry. She said she had to go pick up Alaina and would be by tomorrow.

I heard the door open a little while later and heard a familiar voice.

“Hi BreeBree”

She came and patted my hand, it was my Myah Pooh.

“Jay why BreeBree not talking?”

I heard her start to sniffle and I wish she wasn’t here, I don’t want her to see me like this.

“Myah Bree is sick. She is sleeping really hard. Ok”

I heard his voice crack. I knew he was starting to cry

I heard Aasiayah walk in and she took Myah with her.

“Bree if you can hear me I just want to tell you I love you…….. I never stopped loving you and I never will.you are the girl I want to call wife and you are the girl who I want my children to call mom. Breelyn I want you back. I won’t fuck up this time. I promise you. I overreacted when you told me about you and Darnell and I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have raised my voice at you. I was wrong. Just take me back, Baby please.”

He sat there holding my hand and crying.

1 week later……

From what Jaleesa has been saying it has been a week since the accident. I hat not being able to wake up and move around. Darnell has been by a couple times, but Jaylen comes every day. Jaylen really does love me. I just wanted us to talk. I had to be honest and upfront with him, and that started by telling him about my past. Telling him about my whole KK episode.

I heard the door open while Jaleesa was in the room telling me about her dinner with Corey. I was so happy she found someone who loved her and Alaina.

“Hey Jaleesa how are you?”

“I’m Ok. How are you doing Jay?”

“I’m ok I just want everything back like it used to be”

“I understand and she will come around”

“I hope so I want to be with her”

“I know I will leave you two to talk. I have to go and get Alaina from Carmen”
