The Things You Can't See

Chapter Two

I woke up to my annoying alarm, I do my normal routine which is shower, get dressed, makeup and hair. I had 5 minutes until my friend Alex comes and picks me up to go to school. I grabbed my bag, went downstairs to get an apple. As I was eating my apple I heard the sound of Alex's Jeep pull up, I grabbed my phone, backpack, locked the house and ran outside. When I got in his Jeep Alex said "good morning" and I responded with a "hey hottie." He starts to back out my drive way and I turn on the radio on to our favorite station and out favorite song came on called One Dance by:Drake. We arrive at school about 10 minutes later, Alex parked his Jeep and we got out and made our way to the hell hole we call school. When we walked in, people waved and said "hey" as we made our way down the hall. I guess you could say I'm popular because I have a lot of friends and go to party's but that doesn't mean people know the real me. We split up and went our separate ways but have a few classes together through out the day. As I was walking to first period which was science I bumped into somebody which caused me to drop my stuff. "I'm sorry I wasn't watching wear i was going " I said frantically as I picked up my stuff "It's fine" the boy with brown hair said then I realized it was Justin Cook. He was also one of the populars. I started walking back down the hall, "Hey Avery you coming to my party Friday?" He said and I thought  about and realized it would be better than being in the house with my brother "Yeah, for sure" I said and I saw him smile as he caught back up with his friends.

Skip to lunch//
I walk to the lunch room and go through the line and grab me a salad, water and a side of fries. I walked to my table to meet my friends, my table included Alex, Britney, Tori, Cameron, Jake, Ashlyn, Cody and me. "So are you guys going to Justin's party on Friday?" I asked "Yeah of course, we have to go shopping wanna come along?" Britney said. "Sure when? Because we only have 2 days to find something to wear"  "Today after school, sound good?" "Yeah I'll meet you out front." I take a sip of my water. "Can I have your fries" Cody asked "yeah I'm not really that hungry anyways" I say "thanks your the best!" I get up, throw my trash away and head to my last class which is art right as the bell begins to ring.
I walk in and sit next to my partner that the teacher assigned for everyone yesterday. My partner was this boy named Ross he was cute to be honest and shy but after he warmed up to me he was really funny. "Hey ready to start this thing?" I asked . "Yea you know it" he said jokingly .

The project is on getting to know each other through our art and we have to come up with an art piece that represents each other. I think it's pretty cool. Me and Ross get started by asking each other simple questions like where we grew up and stuff. A little after the bell rings Me and Ross walk out of class. "Wanna come over mine tomorrow and work on the project" Ross asked "yeah are you going to Justin's party Friday?" I replied "yeah you? " Ross asked "yeah" I said. We walk outside the school and I see my friends waiting by Brittany's car. Well "I'll see you later" I said "yeah okay see you later" said Ross .

"I see you where talking to that cutie Ross" said Brittany "yeah I guess" I said smirking "mhm you guess hop in hoe" Brittany said. We jam out to music in her car until we all get to the mall.We go into a couple stores and it's been like an hour or 2 and I'm the only one who hasn't found anything I like. The rest of the girls and I start to feel hungry so we go to the food court and eat when I hear "guess who" and have my eyes covered. I realized its Alex and I say "Justin Bieber" "no it's Alex " he said removing his hands and pouting I see all the guys with him and say "hey." They all pull up a chair from the opposite table "have y'all  found anything for the party?" Jake asks "everyone except for Avery babe, like always" I roll my eyes "you guys act like I do this every time" I say as I roll my eyes in annoyance "you do" they all said. "Mean asses anyways Alex will you help me find something please?" I beg as I draw out the e sound "sure Avery I'll drive you home too. Does everyone have a ride?" Alex's asks, they all nod there heads yes and we get up and say bye to the others.

After about an hour I found the perfect outfit that Alex helped me pick out. We leave the mall and Alex drives me to my house "bye ave" Alex said "bye " I say as I kiss him on the cheek and get out of the car. As soon as Alex drives away the front door swings open revealing my brother standing there shirtless with a beer bottle in his hand." Where have you been slut" he screams and pulls me inside throwing me against the wall I cried out in pain as I hit my head on the rail of the stairs "I-I'm sorry I went out with my friends after school" I cried "your friends I'm surprised you have friends considering how much of an fucking slut you are, you wanna go around and be a slut I'll show you what sluts deserve" he said as he pushed me against the wall. I cry out "no please don't, s-stop" "shut the fuck up "Jackson screamed and slapped me across my face then pulled down my pants all I could do was cry.

I've been in my room for who knows long now when I get an text from Ross saying hey can we work on the project some other time I replied back with sure.

The next day at school was like any other day. I'm just ready for Justin's party!
