Mina's POV

"Ok, time to assassinate the chief," Blackstar, my boss, announced. "Yes, sir," I whispered to him, well to the microphone that's on me, so no one in this room can hear me. 'Assassin rule #1: Silence. Dissolve in the darkness and erase your breath. Wait for an opening to attack your target.' I reminded myself, thinking exactly what boss taught me. I took place right in the corner, where its dark. 'Assassin rule #2: Transpositional thinking. Analyze the target in order to predict his thoughts and movements.' I focused on his movements. 'Assassin rule #3: Speed. Before the target notices your presence, take the target out.' I took off into thin air real quick.

*slash*

I landed, perfectly, on my two feet. "Good job, Mina. Now, head straight home. Don't look for trouble right now. Tomorrow you'll meet your partners. Now remember, your identity needs to be hidden," Blackstar stated, then reminded. "Yeah, yeah," I nodded. I can't even tell my best friend that I'm an assassin.

While I'm heading home, I started thinking about last week, when my parents were murdered. It felt like it was just yesterday even though I never saw the actual killing. When my parents were killed, I didn't know that that had happened until Blackstar had come to my house, to explain. He told me everything about my parents. I didn't even know that they were assassins in the first place, but it kind of makes sense because they were teaching me about self defense and other things through out my whole life. Now, I'm here as an assassin, to get revenge on the woman who killed my parents because apparently the woman is still alive but the man isn't. They were a married couple. Blackstar said that he didn't come on time to save my parents, but at least he killed the man when the man was injured. When he was about to go for the woman, she ran away, or in other words, retreated. Blackstar says that I'm not exactly ready to kill that woman just yet. She doesn't exactly have a name since her identity isn't revealed. So she is called "The Woman" for now.

I am currently living by myself in this house, and I still have school. Boss said that my partners also goes to the same school as me. I wonder if I know them. Well time to go to sleep.

Morning

Here I am, walking in the schools hallways, with people crowding around me. I am popular in this school known for the most fit body and the looks. Can't blame them. I work out everyday. I even scored the highest, out of all the boys and girls in this school, during fitness testing, but it's not exactly fun being popular with people not giving you your personal space. One guy even followed me inside my house! Turns out that I kicked that guys ass in the end for going through my property. Ugh, perverts these days. The other popular girl is Bomi. Park Bomi. She apparently hates me because I'm more popular than her. I didn't even do anything. I know she's afraid of me though. She acts tough but is actually tough. That surprises me about her. Rumors said that if we fight, I'll win. I wanna see if that's true, but it's not a good idea to fight.

"Mina!" I moved my head to the side to see who it is. Even though I already know who it is, judging by the voice. There goes my best friend. Lee Bora. "Bora!" We both ran to each other and hugged. We always hug when we see each other even though we see each other every single day. "So, I heard we're going to have a new student tomorrow, and he's a guy," Bora stated, fangirling afterwards. "Really? Who'd you hear that from?" I questioned, walking with her to class. "Namjoon." Oh, yeah. We're also friends, or best friends, with Namjoon, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, Hoseok, and Yoongi. Bora has a small crush on Jungkook. Namjoon's the class president in our class. They're known as BTS, but us together, including Bora and I, we're apparently known as "the popular squad" in school. "Hm. Okay. Maybe we'll be friends with him," I smiled, arriving to class on time.

"Hey guys!" We both greeted the boys. "Hey, Mina, Bora," they greeted back. Bora sat in her seat, which is next to Jungkook. No one sits next to me, not like I mind. The rest of BTS sits next to each other, well except for Yoongi. He likes not being bothered when he sleeps, and he sleeps the entire time during class. Surprisingly, he gets good grades. Its fate that we're all in the same class together.

Time skip

"Okay, who you are about to meet is some very talented assassins," Blackstar said, opening the door to this hidden small building.

*gasp*

"BTS?!"

"Mina?!"

"Well, I see that you know each other," Boss laughed. "From now on, you guys will work together," Boss informed going to his office, leaving me in shock. "Well, well, well. If it isn't Mina. How are you?" Yoongi asked, acting all casual. "Well, I'm surprised that you're assassins too. How'd you all guys first become one?" I questioned, being curious. "Well all of our parents were murdered. Blackstar came to us, one by one, to inform what had happened to them. We wanted to get revenge and we did. After we got revenge, we started to get used to this place and we now love doing this. There was no chance that we would've quit. I bet you'll like it too," Namjoon informed. I was amazed. 'Would I actually like this?' I smiled. "It's so amazing to have you guys as my partners," I smiled with happy tears in my eyes. "Bora doesn't know right?" I asked, making sure. "Right. You're not planning to tell her, right?" Jimin asked. "No, I'm not going to tell her," I informed. "Good"

We started having a mini party since I'm the new member of the club. I was wondering how this all started. Why my parents fought with the woman and man. Boss said he honestly doesn't know why. I don't know if I should believe of what boss said. I'm just going to go with the flow and see what happens.
