“Opinions?” I asked, twirling so Keira could get a full view of my outfit. I’d decided on a strapless, blue dress, my leather boots and my leather jacket to match.

“You look good, babe,” she complimented.

“Ta,” I grinned. “You don’t look too bad yourself.” And she didn’t. She was wearing her red jeggings with a black hater top. If Corbin wasn’t already aware of the fact that she was a crazy nut, he would definitely be all over her.

My phone beeped in my pocket, and I checked it to find that I had a new text from Jackson. They’d arrived.

I told Keira as much, and we went outside to Jackson’s car. I slid in the passenger side, while Keira got in the back next to Corbin. You could just imagine how happy she was. You could also just imagine how happy he wasn’t…

I was met with Jackson’s typically hot appearance. Although his hair wasn’t gelled, it still looked good. He was in a black jeans and a grey button-down tee. Corbin was sporting a similar look. Basically, they both looked extremely fit.

We got to the club within half an hour, and from the looks of it, it was probably packed. A line of people were queuing outside, but once we’d pulled up, Jackson cut straight to the front. Despite the groans and protestations of the waiting crowd, the bouncer let us in straight away, not even asking for our IDs. Wow, that was easy.

The inside of the club wasn’t a cool as Tallyho’s, but the stage definitely gave it an edge. A guy was sat on a high stool in the middle, singing in a language I didn’t understand. I didn’t need to know what he was saying to know that he was good, though.

“Do you want a drink?” Jackson asked. I nodded, so we all made our way to the bar. The bartender greeted the boys as if he already knew Jackson and Corbin.

“Can we have two beers, please- and two martinis for the ladies?” Corbin requested smoothly.

The guy behind the bar got busy with glasses and liquids, finally placing four sodas in front of us.

“This isn’t what we ordered,” Jackson deadpanned.

The bartender laughed. “The alcohol is for the grown folks,” he berated in a Texan accent.

“But uncle,” Jackson complained childishly.

The man laughed again. “Don’t ‘uncle’ me. You know you’re not old enough!”

“Fine,” Jackson huffed, finally giving up. “But don’t think I’m leaving a tip!”

Then Jackson’s uncle turned to look at me, raising his eyebrows. “Hey, buddy,” he said, addressing his nephew. “I don’t believe that you introduced me to your friends.”

Jackson rolled his eyes. “You already know Corbin, but this is Alana and Keira.”

“Nice to meet ya’ll,” he grinned. “I’m Jackson’s uncle, Zack.”

“Nice to meet you too,” I smiled.

Jackson’s uncle’s eyes widened, shooting an incredulous look Jackson’s way. “Hey! How did you land a British girl?”
