Lilian POV

Uh-oh

My uncle who never cared about me has returned. "I'm back for you, lily" he said evily and all heads turned towards me and he walked towards me "jacob call ashton tell him my uncle has me!" I yelled and he took his phone out. I took off my heels and threw at him but he dodge them "ASHTONS ON HIS WAY!" Jacob said

"He's not gonna make it. Now come with me" he said and walked towards me and I stepped back and bumped into jacob "Don't touch her!" Jacob yelled "Don't talk jacob he's pretty tough" I said and got pushed off by my uncle "she is right so let me take her with me" he said "I'm not going anywhere with you!" I yelled

Then the doors swung open to reveal ashton and he runs over to me and girls scream "ASHTON!!!!" "Are you okay did he hurt you?" He asks and I nod "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?! DONT TOUCH MY DAUGHTER!!" He yelled "she's not yours she mine!" He argued "YOU COULD'VE TAKEN CARE OF HER INSTEAD OF LEAVING HER!! WHY DIDNT YOU THINK?!" He yelled

"My wife was very sick and I had to take care of her" he said and ran over to me ashton ran over to me also and launched himself in the air smacking my uncle down to the floor "stop! Dont! NO!!" I scream at the top of my lungs I took of my jewelry and went to fight myslef when someone pulled me back "your not going to get into the fight" jacob said "BUT ASHTON HES GUNNA GET HURT!! HE ALREADY HAS A BUSTED LIP!!" I yelled and he hugged me tighter and covered my eyes so I wouldn't see

"Luckily I'm wearing shorts under this" isabella said and got her hair scrunchie and got her dress and tied it and took of her heels and glasses off "LET GO OF ASHTON!!" She yelled "GET THE POLICE!!" Maria yelled and and Evie got her phone out and typed as fast as she could

** after she called the police and now they're here **

"So what happened? Why did you have to inter up a school dance?" The police asked my uncle "Cause I need my niece back! This one here kidnapped her!" He pretend cried and pointed to ashton and ashton stood there "I DID NOT!! I ADOPTED HER!!" he yelled "Don't lie to us sir, he did adopt her. Police are notified about her adoption" he said "EITHER WAY SHES MINE! IM NOT LETTING HER STAY WITH THIS!" He yelled and grabbed my arm "nooo!!!" Jacob yelled "take me!" He said "No! Lily is the one I want" he said and started walking

"Ashton!" I cried "lily!" He said and dropped to his knees "PUT THE YOUNG LADY DOWN!" the police said pointing a gun at him and my uncle using me as a shield "DONT USE HER AS A SHIELD YOU FUCKING IDIOT!!" Jacob yelled "SHES ONLY 13 HER LIFE CANT END LIKE THIS!!" Isabella said "let me go" I said through gritted teeth "what if I don't?" He asked looking at me

"Then I'll do this" I said and bit his arm and kicked back in his sun don't shine place and he let me go he reached from his pocket and pointed a gun at ashton then pointed it at me "AHHHH!!" everyone screamed "he give me the girl or I'll kill ashton" he said "kill me!" Ashton said "No! Let him take me" I said "I want you to stay with us lily I don't want you to be gone" he said and stood up "very well then" he said and pointed it at him "NO!" All Girls yelled including me he was a bout to press the button when I threw my self in front of ashton and the bullet hit me and I dropped to the ground

"Lily!!" He yelled and dropped to his knees "What ever happens ashton, just tell everyone I love them and tell my friends I will miss them " I said and touched his cheek and soften it "don't worry about me" I said before everything went black

Ashton POV

"NOOOO!!" "LILY!!" I cried and she didn't respond "YOUR UNDER ARREST!" the police officer said "but you'll have to catch me" he said and ran off the police running after him "lily!" Jacob cried and shook her all her friends gathered around and Isabella was sobbing "WHY?! WHY LILY?! WHY COULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN BRITNEY!!" Isabella sobbed and threw her self on lily her beautiful light blue dress was now blue and red "QUICK CALL THE AMBULANCE!!" Jacob yelled at a girl with blue and black hair and she took her phone out and called them

"My baby girl!" I sobbed "WHY?!" I cried. Why didn't she let me die? She didn't have to do it but she did "Lily be the strong girl you are and fight the pain" jacob cried and hugged her and blood went on his tux but he didn't care. We heard the ambulance sound and and I got up putting lily on Jacob's lap "dont let her go" I said and he nodded and cried harder

The ambulance came in with the stretcher bed thingy and looked around "Where is the person?" One asked looking around "right here" Jacobs weak voice said "You or the girl?" Another one asked and he glared at her and pointed to lily like it was so obvious

"Who's family and who else wants to come?" She asks and I raise my hand "I'm father" I said "jacob C'mon " I aid and he nodded "tell the school to call Jacobs parents so they know he's with me" I told isabella and she nodded wiping her tears

** HOSPITAL RIDE **

"Why? Why lily?" Jacob asked and started to cry and I pulled him in a hug "I hope everything goes well" he says and I nodded "but it hit her right in the stomach" I said quietly and looked at her small body and quickly looked away I can't see that. I'm a girl when it comes to these things just like in horror movies. And Jacob hugged me really tight "I don't want to lose her" he said softly "me too let me tell the guys to meet us at the hospital when we get there" I said and he nodded and looked over at lily "Lily, I know you can fight it I know you can your such a strong girl for a 13 year old" he whispered and holder her hand

** AT THE HOSPITAL **

they rushed her there to the ER and I followed behind them "sorry but you can to me in yet" the nurse says "But she's my daughter I have to!" I said and she shook her head. I heard small sniffs and it was coming from jacob and she walked away "I don't want to lose her, if I do....., I'm going with her" he said and I hugged him "She'll make it... I hope so" I said and hugged him tight
