Chapter 11 (The Letters)

I really really really do wish that Stephanie Meyer could read this it would make me the happiest person in the world. If she read this and gave me her opinion about it I think I would faint. Chapter 11 (The Letters)

This was going to be the worst couple of day because I didn’t know what those two were secretly hiding. By now I knew that they were hiding something. I wasn’t quite sure but I could tell by the way when Edward was around me he wasn’t entirely himself. It was like he didn’t want to be with me or even engage in a conversation with me. He wasn’t like this with Renesmee though. I could feel the tension growing between me and him. Why would he do this? It just didn’t make any sense. While I sat on the end of my bed I didn’t realize that I had sat there the whole night wondering about his behavior.

I could hear Renesmee down the hall yawn and start to get up from her nights rest. She has grown so much in the couple years. I didn’t have time to enjoy any of the memories a normal human would spend with a normal child. I never ever regret having Renesmee she may be a half breed but she is the best thing that has ever happen to me. She has always been the best at what she has done and we were proud of her for doing that. She competed in many sports. But she made sure that she didn’t go her normal speed but she did make sure that she got close to being first or first a couple times. My thoughts kept me from doing so many things and I got up and got ready for the day.

When I got finished doing everything I needed to do in the house I decided to go to the main house. I was already used to the daily routine of Renesmee and Jacob Leaving after they got ready to do other things. Now that she was out of school she and Jacob spent all of their time together. She never worried about anything and occasionally got so caught up with Jacob that she didn’t clean her room or do her chores at home. But that’s okay I knew that I used to be like that with Edward. Sometimes when I look back on our time we spent together we were about equal with Renesmee and Jacob.

Still caught up in thought I found myself on the door step of the main house. I walked in and found everyone in a circle around the kitchen island. The only people missing were Jacob Renesmee and Jessica. But other than that everyone was there. They all huddled around the island and from where I was it looked like they were reading a letter.

“What are you guys reading?” I decided to ask wanting to know what or who it was from.

“A letter from Jane, She wants to know if we have seen Aro and if we have come across any new information.” Carlisle said as he looked up from the letter. His face seemed to have looked paler if that was even possible.

“Wow. What should we tell her?” Esme asked as she came around the island to my side. She gave me a warming hug that made me feel safe.

“I think we should make a visit to Volterra and just tell her and I hope that she will believe us and nothing bad happens.” Rosalie said as she two went around the island to look out the back windows.

“Yes but first we are going to have to find Jessica so she can tell her story to Jane and the guard.” Edward said. He didn’t look up at me or acknowledge that I was there.

                I demanded to know his problem what the heck was he doing. Did I do something to offend him? Did I ever do something to make him act like this? I had to get him alone and figure this out. We were married we are supposed to make this work out forever. I couldn’t wait any longer. This was making me scared. Was it something Alice had seen?
