Was It All Worth it ?

First Day Chapter 3

Jayla's P.O.V.


RING!! RING!!! I woke up to the sound of my new zebra striped alarm clock going off . I am absolutely in love with zebra stripes with pink and blue , that's why I decided to get my room det orated with those colors. It's sooo adorable !



"You woke ?" Kayden asked while leaning his head through the half open door with his dreads covering up half of his face . "Yeaaa" I mumbled swinging my legs to the side of the bed so I could stand up . "Good cause we leaving in 30 minutes " he yelled out to me while making his way down the spiral stairs to the living room .


I stood up from my bed and made my way to my bathroom which was inside my room . I'm glad I don't have to share a bathroom with Kayden and Jayden like at our old house in Miami . Dang I really missed our old house back in Miami it brought back memories . That reminds me though I have to call Ansley . Ansley was my best friend when I stayed in Miami . That's one of te mains reasons why I didn't want to move . Besides the fact that Miami was all I knew .



30 minutes later I was down stairs standing by the door waiting on my brothers . They really need to hurry up .


Today I thought I would wear something casual. Don't really wanna draw attention to myself , so I just put on some light faded ripped skinny jeans with a pink Hollister shirt that had hollister written in cursive with big white letters and my pink and blue vans. I didn't really have time to do anything with my hair so I just left it at its usual curly state .



Finally after what seemed like hours I heard my brothers foot steps coming down the stairs. "Finally, yal took forever" "You know we had to look good for the first day of school " Jayden said with a cheesey kool aid grin on his face. "Mhmm watevah" I said while making my way outside.




We got in my Momma'a car,which she said we could use to take us to and from school . We may be sorta kinda balling but we ain't balling where everybody can have their own car .


~At school~

We arrived at school not more than 15 minutes . Jayden parked the car in the students parking spaces and unlocked the doors hoping out the car .As we was walking towards the school I noticed nobody was outside, so I put two and two together and figured everybody was in class .


We made our way into the office with me following behind Jayden and Kayden, admiring the school posters hanging up on the walls . Home Of The Putnam County War Eagles!
