His eyes were darker than the night sky, his lips looked as pale as morning snow in the cold winter , he have a sharp nose and jawline and his hair was the color of the autumn leaves .
To sum up all these he's basically super cute and hot
I stood up right after studying his face.
"Sorry", I apologized reluctantly .
"Is this your precious wallet?" He asked holding up my wallet and before I could answer he tossed it to me (with his full strength )
"Thank you" I tried to crack a smile .
"Let's go we have Student Council meeting"
Kat and Sky tried to follow quietly but having a pair of sharp ears, I could hear them giggling behind me , very well.
45 minutes passed and the teacher was still blabbering on about how we should be the role model for other students. I never really wanted to be a role model or be a part of Student Council , it was all my mother's idea to put me into the interview.
I guess because I like breaking rules and live by the "Rules are meant to be broke" motto my Mother wants me to be in the Student Council.
To kill time I went to the toilet , at least I can sleep there. I will always do this when the talk is boring.
"OMG, the way he talks just make me want to sleep," Sky complained after the long talk.
"Ya I can't agree more on that " Kat rolled her eyes.
"That's because of certain someone here" They both looked at me.
"My mother forced me to join!" I retorted.
"AND you forced US to join!" Both of them were glaring at me.
How can they be so in-sync , sometimes I wonder if they are twins that have been separated at birth?
We slowly strolled back to our classrooms , most of the students looked dead.Duh. No one wants to come back after that long break of summer.
"I heard someone fell on a guy today!" Logan exclaimed narrowing his eyes at me. "What happen to I will never touch a guy?"
"Leave her alone!" Shane warned Logan.
And those were my other two good friends , Shane Westbrook and Logan Brady. Logan likes teasing me and Shane protect me and treats me like his younger Sister. We grew up together because our mothers were Best Friend and whenever they hang out, they made us hang out as well .
Seizing the opportunity, I quickly sat down onto a seat in between Kat and Sky.
"So do you think the Mr.Newguy was the one you fell onto this morning?"Kat popped her face in front of me.
"Yea! Tell us your opinion Ms. Camillie Faye."
"Don't call me by that surname! And IDK IDC OKAY!"
I opened my bag and started taking out my books for the day. I was trying to hide my embarrassment, how could they say it out loud in the class. I had an attitude, in my defense, I don't like being in the center of attention and I was brought up in an "If I want , I'll get" manner so I can be quite a spoiled brat at times.
"Class settle down , I know it's your first day after the long break . Well good news for you guys , we have a new student!"
As those words left Ms. Lilly's mouth , I could feel the burning stare from Sky and Kat.
"Merrick , come in!"
I already knew it was the guy from the morning.
"Introduce yourself"
"Merrick Rodriguez"
"That's all? No 'Which school I came from' or anything ?" Ms. Lilly raised her eyebrows.
"No" His reply was cold and sharp. I guess that makes him a cold person .
"You can sit .... behind Camillie , that young lady over there" She pointed towards me. I desperately tried to hide my face , how do I deal with this embarrassment ?
Sky and Kat nudged me at the same time. This two really have some telepathic connection.
And then Ms. Lilly started her boring lecture about our new topic for math on Trigonometry.
"By the way , do you guys remember that weird guy named Shawn? He asked me out the other day" Kat casually whispered to me.
"What! REJECT!" Sky and I replied at the same time. Then we looked at each other and giggled.
"HEADS DOWN!" A sound came from the back which was followed by the sound of Windows shattering one by one.
"SALLY I've come to find you!" A demonic voice came from the window. Then , I could see a figure somewhat half human half wolf standing near the window.
He looked around in the room and made an eye contact with me.
Sally! Sally! Where are you?
An inner voice spoke to me in my head. Then I could feel my heart burning up.I held onto my heart with both of my hands.
Ouch!
It was such an unbearable pain.
Then it stopped. I sighed while looking up.
I saw it , ice coming out from Merrick's hands .
What was that?Why is ice coming out from his hands?
Merrick tried to freeze the demon but to no avail. Then with a swing , the demon knocked out Merrick temporarily.
"Oh, Sally are you frightened?" With that, he started charging towards me.
Someone save me, please! I don't want to die here! Not by the hands of this demon! I'm still too young.
