I walked into the cafeteria looking around for Sue. She was towards the back of the cafeteria saving our spot. I walked over to her.
She had brown short curly hair today. I say today because she wears wigs since her hair doesn't grow as fast as other girls.
She was wearing grey leggings with a white airy skirt. Her shirt was a green sweater with red sleeves. Her leather boots reached to her knees.
"Mornin' Susie."
"I told you not to call me Susie."
"Fine Sues. What cho' doing?"
"I am writing a paper on the photograph I took telling of the importance of it."
"So what is the importance of me dressed as a guy?"
The picture she was talking about was where I was wearing a $$$$, making it look like I was a boy, holding a dress up to myself looking in a mirror.
"Well," Sue answered back, "it is supposed to show a boy wanting to be a girl, but was insecure about himself that he was worried what people would think even though being a girl was who he really was meant to be."
"Hm." I said in return while sitting across from Sue.
"You don't mind me doing the paper on the picture, do you?"
"I don't mind. I like being a muse. Plus this is for a assignment."
"Did you polaroid come out good?"
"Yeah. It did. Thanks for helping." Sue talking about the picture I took of her looking out a window with red and orange sunlight pouring onto her face. It was almost night and I needed a picture for an assignment.
The bell rang.
"Come on. We have class." I said.
"I know." said Sue grabbing her homework.
We walked out of the cafeteria. Going to class.
