Tabitha was back at work, telling her friend Lisa all about her dates with Matt. "I wasn't really looking for anything serious Lisa, but I think I'm falling for him. He's so sweet and kind. What am I going to do? I'm only here for 10 more months.", she said to her friend. "Just enjoy it while it lasts I guess.", Lisa replied. "Well you're a lot of help.", Tabitha thought to herself. How was she going to go back home by herself at the end of this without him? She wondered if he felt the same way about her. Her heart and her mind were in turmoil.

After work, she went home and got ready to meet Matt for supper. As usual, he had her laughing through the whole dinner telling her stories about he and his brothers from hauling jobs and cracking silly jokes. He loved to hear her laugh.

When they were finished, they walked back to Tabitha's apartment to watch a movie. Tabitha was making the popcorn and Matt was getting the DVD ready. Matt walked into the kitchen and smiled at Tabitha. He pulled her close and wrapped his arms around her. "You are the most beautiful woman I have ever met.", he said. Tabitha blushed but also started to feel sad. "Thank you, Matt.", she said, her heart sinking and her sadness showing on her face. "What's wrong? Did I say something wrong?", Matt asked. "No!", Tabitha replied. "It's just...", she started and then hesitated, looking at he floor, afraid she would make a fool of herself. Matt bent down to look her in the face. "It's just what?", he asked, worried that she was going to dump him. She looked up at him and answered, "At first I thought we could just have fun together and hang out but after getting to know you better...I'm in love with you, Matt. I don't know if you feel the same and I'm only here for 10 more months..." Matt smiled again and said, "I love you too, Tabitha. I know you're only here for 10 more months but we can figure something out. If you don't want to stay here, I could go back to Maine with you." Tabitha smiled at him and said, "You would do that for me? You would leave your family and move away with me?" "Of course, babe.", he answered. "When it comes to love, I'm open to anything." Tabitha wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him hard, relieved that he felt the same for her and that he was willing to do whatever it took to stay together.

When she finally let him go he asked, "Do you want to watch the movie now?" "No. I want to do something else with you.", she answered as she grabbed his hands and led him to her bedroom. Matt grinned and gladly followed her.

Once they were through the door, she moved her hands up his muscular arms to the back of his neck and kissed him. He brought one hand up into her hair and put the other on the small of her back, pulling her in closer. She parted her lips and he followed, his tongue was soft but she could still feel his need. He moved his hands down to squeeze her ass which stirred the fire in her even more and she moaned his name, "Matthew."
