"How was it? Did I do good? " Jack asked his wife's approval, as she stood watching the monitor. His sci-fi crazy wife had talked him into bringing her onto the sets of his new show. "You were brilliant!" Ruth praised. "Better than yer dear Tom Baker? " he asked, teasingly. "No...not quite! " she replied with a frown, to his dismay! "How do they get it to stand up so stiffly like that? " she asked, changing the subject to her husband's new hairstyle, running a hand through his hair. "A lotta hair product, I s'posse." he replied, not sure about it himself. "It looks good on ya! " she exclaimed. "Joss says it'll make the girls go ga-ga! " Jack revealed, with a toothy grin. "Girls? " his confused wife asked. "Ya know, the fan girls. Joss has high hopes for the show! " he explained, staring at the ecstatic director who was exploring the time machine prop. "Well, you've already got one fan girl right ere! I think this show's gonna rock! " his proud wife declared, wrapping her arms around a blushing Jack before giving him a peck on the cheek. "Hey, home girl! " Jodie interrupted, greeting Ruth as she tottered towards the couple in her cherry red stiletto heels.
