William and Sonic.exe are eating breakfast along with Samuel who is eating some Frosted Flakes as William and sonic.exe are eating some French toast with bacon. After when they are finished, Samuel put on his shirt which is a blue and blood red shirt as William helped him put on his black pants and sneakers. They then went to the CP van as Sonic.exe got in the drivers seat, William got in the passenger seat and Samuel is in the back seat. Sonic then drove off to the hospital as William felt worried along with Samuel. They arrived at the hospital and William help Samuel with the wheelchair as Sonic.exe sees a kind nurse.
"Excuse me ma'am. We are here to check on Sammy." Sonic.exe said
"Why sure. Let me escort you to him." The nurse smiled
They all followed the nurse to the room and Samuel felt nervous. As for Sammy, he slowly wakes up and he is in a white hospital gown as a male doctor is there.
"What happened?" Sammy asked
"You see Sammy, you are in a coma for a while after your brother Samuel have a broken leg. He is fine now and you are also ok." The male doctor said
Sammy started to remember a little bit about the accident and he still look at the doctor.
"Am I going home?" Sammy asked
"I'm sorry Sammy but you have to stay here for a little more. You may have amnesia from the accident." The male doctor said
The male doctor slowly move his hand up to Sammy's leg as Sammy felt scared.
"Please don't touch me!" Sammy said scared
"I want you Sammy baby boy." The male doctor smirked
The doctor begin to touch Sammy's upper leg as Sammy felt scared yet angry that this doctor is touching his body in a very inappropriate way. Sammy slowly move his hand and felt something poking his finger and he got out a needle and he stabbed the doctor in the neck as the doctor groans with pain as Sammy then take out the needle and stabbed it through the heart. William, Sonic.exe and Samuel gasp in shock that Sammy is awake and Sammy started whimpering and started to cry.
"Sammy!! You're awake!" Samuel smiled
William hugged Sammy and pick him up as a few nurses came and see the dead body of the doctor.
"What happened here?" William asked
"The doctor lied to me that I have to be in the hospital for a while and then he touch me on my booty and leg and he said that he want me. I tried to say no but he continues to touch me." Sammy cried
William growled along with Sonic.exe and Samuel.
"No one touches my brother!" Samuel said
"Grr!!" Sonic.exe growled
"How dare he?!" William growled while twitching
"He's been doing it to other patients too." The nurse said
"I'm glad that he's dead. If he ever touched Sammy, I would kill him myself." William said
Sonic then pick up Sammy and put him in the back seat as William bring them back home. Sammy went inside the mansion with Samuel as the others see and hug him.
"We thought you didn't wake up." Mark said
"I'm glad you're alright." Nick said
"I'm glad you are ok." Splendor smiled
"We were so worried about you." Dara said
"Get some r-rest upstairs." William said
Sammy nodded and he went upstairs and rest in his room. At dinner, everyone is shocked from what William told about what happened to Sammy.
"THAT DOCTOR IS A PERVERT!" Lulu said
"That's nasty!" Michelle said
Sophia pouted cutely as Toby smiled softly at her pouting.
"S-She h-hates *tic* that too." Toby said
Teddy growled as Quinn pet him as everyone else is angry at the doctor.
"But Sammy killed him." Sonic.exe said
"Good!" Paul, Olivia and Joyce said
"That doctor is one big meanie!" Megan said
After when Samuel is finish taking his shower, his brother Sammy is also finished and he went in his room and put on his pajamas as William and sonic.exe come inside.
"You are alright." Sonic.exe said
William kissed Sammy's head as Sonic.exe kiss Samuel's head and they both fall asleep
