Third Person POV

Barney's eyes flutter open when the blistering sound of his alarm clock. He rubs his eyes tiredly and yawns before reaching over for his phone, and turning the alarm off.

He turns back over, seeing his ginger boyfriend cuddled up into his chest. Barney doesn't want to wake him because he looks so peaceful, but sadly they have work and they can't be late.

He leans down and pecks Red's lips. "Cmon babe we gotta wake up." He whispers, shaking him a little. Red stirs and groans groggily. He cuddles more into Barney's chest making the Turkish man chuckle. "Five more minutes.."

Barney rolls his eyes when he sees the ginger fall back asleep. He unwraps his arms around him and gets up. Barney walks over to his wooden dresser, gets some clothes, then trots out the room towards the bathroom for a shower.

Barney walks into the kitchen, expecting to see Red there, who always makes coffee and sits at the dining room table, ready as can be, before work. He sighs and curses under his breath.

He opens the door to his bedroom, only to be face to face of a familiar red head in his bed. "..Fuck my life."

The half American, half Turkish man stomps over to his bed, about to burst. "Michael Steves! Get up!" He shouts then flicks his head, making Red squirm and open his eyes slightly. "You need to calm down! I'm tired..." He mumbles, turning away from Barney, snuggling up in the covers and blankets. "Come lay with me. I just wanna cuddle." Barney sits down on the bed, next to Red, and puts a hand on his shoulder, rubbing it softly. Red turns back over, fluttering his eyes open and giving Barney a weak smile. Barney sighs and gives up. Red just looks so innocent and tired, and he doesn't want him to drag himself at work. Barney returns the smile before hopping off the bed.

He gets out his phone and calls Adam, telling him that Red is 'sick' and that he needs to stay with him to help out. Adam says that they could take the day off, making Red sigh in relief.

He strips off his jeans that he changed into, and put on sweatpants, and strips off his shirt, putting on a old one. He climbs into bed, wrapping his arms around the ginger tightly.

Red giggles a bit and enjoys the sudden embrace. "You're so lucky I love you." He giggles again. "I know you do. I love you too though."

Barney just laughs before drifting off into slumber with a smile on his face. Guess he was tired as well. ;)
