Stress help

We all get stress sometimes so here are a few ways I have been using to deal with stress and stressful situations
1) listen to music- this is great if you are feeling stressed on the go because most people nowadays will have a phone/music player and headphones handy (just make sure they are charged up)
2) have a small bar of chocolate - this isn't one I use all the time only when I need something to add as well as the music, or on the rare occasion that I allow my phones battery to go flat
3) warm bath/shower - this is great after a really stressful day, even better if just before you go to sleep , as it will calm you down so you will drift of fairly quickly
4) writing - I write poetry, fanfics and just about anything that will keep my mind clear and put me in a better mood
