You were always royal
New Orleans
Klaus' point of view

After are reunion Hope seemed to be raising her past. Of course she was still confused about what this family was all about, but all would be reviled with time. Tonight was a special night. Rebecca and I decided to expose her to the world by hosting a Birthday party for Hope. Well in other words a ball. We had to show the world are family was back together, and that we were stronger than ever.

"So you are my Dad?" Hope was sitting on a chair in front of me and Hayley. We where trying to figure out everything. So this means I have to call you that? Because It seems weird to me because you look only 10 years older than me." She was the most fascinating thing. She had are fetchers and the attitude. That was mine.

"Princess you can call me anything you want. But technically I am more the 1,000 years older than you." I smiled. I wished deep down for my only daughter to call me Dad but I didn't think It would happen.

"Well can you please not call me princess. I know that you guys really want your little princes, but I am 18. I really get confused when you call me Hope because I wasn't called like that growing up. Please understand." I could see she really was trying to blend into are family, and it was true. Even though are last memory of her was as are little princess she wasn't. She had grown into a woman. She didn't understand her name because she had never claimed it as her own. "I would feel better if you called me Rose."

"Rose that's a wonderful name. I will call you rose If you wish, but if you could just try to call me Mom once in a while. Only if it's ok with you." Hayley really wanted her daughter to love her as her mother. Even though the child had already a mother before getting here.

"Sure mom. That sounds weird. Sorry I am just trying to get used to it." Hope gave Hayley a smile and Hayley returned it. "So are you 2 a wolf. Sorry that sonde wrong." Hope did know to explain are genetics. She had never heard of are kind since she met us.

"Yes. I am a hybrid. Similar to your father, but different. He was the first Hybrid crated. But don't worry about the word wolf, because you are one as well." This hit her hard. She had a confused face, and I won't blame her.

"No that can't be. I have never turned into one. Am I going to?" Hope started to get a little bit scared.

"You won't if you don't kill someone, and even if you do so you can decided to after. Hope... Sorry Rose you are a special case. You are a Tribrid. You are Werewolf from both are sides of the family. A vampire form my side, and a witch for also my side." I was trying to explain everything as easy to explain but she looked exactly confused. Now she started shaking a little. "It ok we don't expect for you to know everything at once. We have time for everything just calm down."I placed my arms around her and she stopped shaking.

"Ok so let me get this straight. I am a vampire. Why don't I have the urge to drink blood. If I am a witch why don't I have magic. And what's up with the full moon?" She was getting ahead of stuff. She was panicking. We shodden had pushed it. It was to much at once.

"It's ok we will explain everything but not at once. Just hang on their until tomorrow. Tonight we have a surprise." Hayley calmed her down by explain her about the ball. "We couldn't be together on your birthday so we decided to make up for it with a ball."

"Wait a ball. What? I don't even though how to dance, and my birthday was 3 months ago."

"Rose your birthday was a week ago princess, and you're aunt wanted to make a party so that you could get to know us better. Don't worry it will be ok." I placed my hand over here and brought her to the balcony. "Rose even though you may be a little scared right now just know that all of this is your. You belong with all of us. You were born to this family. You were the only Hope we had at the time of despair. I am the king of this place and every king needs a ere, and I couldn't possibly asked for a better one." I kissed her forehead. I would always love my princess no matter how old she was.
