Since today is the 6th Anniversary of Running Man, this will be the special edition chapter. Fact 1: Each member has his/her own official colour
If you haven't yet noticed, Jae Suk has green, Jong Kook red, Suk Jin orange, Gary blue, Haha yellow, Ji Hyo purple and Kwang Soo black.
Fact 2: They have their own theme songs too
From Step-by-Step to angry birds and even a specially made song for the Easy brothers. When you hear the music, you know who's coming.
Fact 3: And definitely, they all played different roles
For example, Jong Kook the scary tiger, Kwang Soo the traitor and Ji Hyo the ace. Any running man fan will know this.
Fact 4: Running Man is the best to make someone famous They even made ordinary people like their own cameramen famous. Also, many unknown artists who went on the show often turned up on the search engines as most popular searches.
Fact 5: Running Man really has the most unexpected games ever
Despite going for 6 years, it has never disappointed its fans with new materials. It is also great at making its already popular format even better.
Fact 6: Running Man was not a one-off hit
It did not become popular overnight as most were still unfamiliar with the show and found its start slow and boring. However, when it got popular, it stayed.
Fact 7: Running Man is already 6 years old!
That's a really long time. A secondary school student will have graduated by then. And definitely a long time for a popular variety show. But it's still going strong!
Fact 8: They all love to cross-dress as ladies.
Fact 9: Yoo Jae Suk is terrified of heights.
If you have ever seen the episode of him climbing a skyscraper, you will know this. Every second of his terrified facial expression was captured on camera and he was so scared that he was moaning and groaning!
Fact 10: Yoon Eun Hye is the ultimate weakness of Kim Jong-Kook.
You might think that Spartakook doesn't have any weaknesses at all, but no. He automatically becomes shy and quiet once the members mention the actress (on purpose most of the time). Once, SBS's official Twitter asked for Yoon Eun Hye to appear on Running Man and the tweet was retweeted over ten thousand times.
Fact 11: Lee Kwang Soo is really the ultimate betrayer.
Not just only to the one or two members who happen to be partnering him, but even to the entire Running Man team. We didn't know whether to cry or laugh when he betrayed his entire team by choosing the grand prize over saving his team members.
Fact 12: Gary kissed Ji Hyo in front of the cameras.
That was the moment when all the Monday couple shippers went crazy. It was a game to try and see who would impress Ji Hyo the most, who was princess for the day. Needless to say, Ji Hyo could only laugh uncontrollably. Gary and his team won.
Fact 13: The members' VJs are equally hilarious. We now know why RM is so successful – besides a hilarious cast, they also have a hilarious production crew. Remember the haunted house episode when Jong Kook's VJ totally ditched him inside and left him the camera? Or when Jae Suk and his VJ tripped all over each other because they were so scared?
Fact 14: Lee Kwang Soo's theme song.
Really. Just the song will make you laugh whenever you hear it being played. Usually, it involves Kwang Soo being a very sad and pathetic (no offence intended) figure in the episode.
Fact 15: Lee Kwang Soo was the weakest member but now he becomes stronger.
Fact 16: Ji Suk Jin is the weakest member but sometimes he can win a game because of his genius game. Once, in mafia game, Ji Suk Jin succeed trick all members.
