“Where are you going?” Blaine whines, as Kurt gets out of bed one Tuesday morning. They had been back together for 1 ½ years now, both living in New York. Some point at the beginning of this year, Kurt and Blaine decided that they needed their own place.
“Kurt! You don’t have class this morning! Nor do I, where are you going?” Tuesday mornings are their lazy mornings, full of cuddling and staying in bed late. Blaine didn’t understand where Kurt was going.
“Nowhere important,” Kurt replies, smiling at Blaine as he turns from the dresser, his hair scruffy and adorable. He walks towards the bathroom, taking a quick shower before coming back into the room in a pair of skinny jeans and no shirt yet.
“If you’re going ‘nowhere important’ and are dressed like that then you can get your ass back in bed.” Blaine mumbles, sitting up slightly and leaning his head back against the head board.
“I want to, honey, I do, but you’ll see why I’m gone now soon enough,” Kurt tells him, leaning on the bed with one knee and pecking Blaine’s lips lovingly. Blaine tries to pull Kurt back into bed with him but Kurt just chuckles before pulling away, dancing around a bit as he grabs his hair gel.
“Kurt!” Blaine complains, as Kurt sways his hips more as he faces away from Blaine, purposefully teasing him. “Yes Blaine?” He asks innocently, as he pulls on a shirt after sorting his hair out.
Kurt whistles slightly as he grabs a Brooch to go with his outfit, one of Blaine’s favourites. He sits cross legged on the bed with Blaine, indicating for him to attach it to his shirt for him. Kurt and Blaine are both fully aware that Kurt could attach his own brooch, but since they moved in together, they had fallen into the routine of Blaine attaching it for him.
“Kurt, you can attach this yourself you know,” Blaine says as he leans forward, the sheet falling down to his waist, leaving his chest beautifully bare.
“I know I can, but I love this feeling,” Kurt replies, leaning his head into Blaine’s hand slightly, to indicate what he meant.
“Kurt,” Blaine says in a motherly tone, as he smooth’s out Kurt’s shirt, finished with attaching the brooch.
“I love you,” Kurt replies simply, putting his hands on Blaine’s sides, pulling him closer.
“I love you too,” Blaine murmurs before their lips meet carefully and passionately. But Kurt has to pull away way too soon for either of their likings as a busy day was ahead of him.
“Kurt!” Blaine whines as he pulls away. Kurt just runs a hand through Blaine’s culry hair lovingly, kissing his forehead before getting up.
“I’m sorry sweetie, I love you,” He says, blowing a kiss before disappearing round the corner of the door to the sound of Blaine’s “I love you.”
That evening:
“Blaine, stop whining! We are mature adults, living in New York, for ourselves, and we need to get past the bad days to reach the good days. Okay?” Rachel lectures, as they walk through the streets towards central park, a tradition they’d had since Blaine had finally came to New York a year ago.
Every Tuesday morning Blaine would have a lazy morning with Kurt, and every Tuesday evening Blaine and Rachel would walk to Central Park from their apartment’s, and spend a little while there, catching up on each other’s weeks. They never got to see each other, so they made this time for them.
Rachel wraps her hand around Blaine’s arm as they walk, smiling at Blaine’s complaining. “Rachel, I know, but can you believe the cheek of that kid, like honestly, who even does that??” Blaine questions, throwing his arm out, almost spilling his coffee.
