The mistake

It was a Saturday evening, Phil opened the apartment door with a creak. It was lonely without Dan there but Phil knew Dan would be back soon from Pj's.

As soon as he was in, Phil picked up his laptop and slumped down on the sofa. Instingtively, he opened twitter and started searching through and answering tweets. After ten minutes he was just about to get up when he spotted a tweet from a fangirl that he often hears of. The tweet read " Guess wat! I was in a cafe and heard a girl talking about how Dan had asked her on a DATE! '-' " Phil sat there astonished not sure what to think of it. 'Surely it couldnt be true......could it?' Phil recalled that the day before, they had gone to a café and he had just gone to the toilet and when he came out he saw Dan talking to some girl. She was quite pretty and was obviously flirting with Dan as every couple of seconds she would tuck her hair behind her ears and let out a giggle. Phil waited to go over to Dan until the girl had gone. When she finally left Dan had a grin on his face, which Phil thought was wierd as Dan wasn't the sought to socialize with random strangers.

Phil read the tweet again just to make sure he read it right. Unfortunately, he had made no mistake. Phil sighed. Dan didnt know Phil was bi and Phil didnt know either until he met Dan. Phil never told Dan his feelings for him, or anyone else for that matter. He once had thought about telling Pj but soon desided against it as he was closer to Dan than he was Phil and couldnt keep a secret for his life.
