Lacies P.O.V

As we walk through the door I saw a note on the coffee table. I slowly walked over to the note.

Me and dad are going on a business trip there's 100 dollars on the counter and food in the fridge we will be gone for about a week maybe longer have zach stay with you.

Read over it and handed it to zach for him to read he smiled and set it down. You hungry I ask,starving he groans we'll order a pizza. As we wait on the pizza I just got on my phone and zach was flipping through channels on the tv and finally came across some show I guess he liked. Than we heard a knock on the door I run over and open the door, a girl about my age is standing there umm who are you I asked kinda rudely didn't mean to tho.
Zachs girlfriend who are you , Zachs best friend what are you doing at my house? At the point I'm pissed and her attitude is gonna get her slapped.
He invited me over she said with a smirk on her face. I walked over to zach , if you're gonna invite you little girlfriend than just go home because I was under the impression that it was just gonna be us two so take ur girlfriend and leave I spat.
I mean I love zach and I would do almost everything for him but this just got under my skin for some reason it almost like....like I was jealous? He got up and took her hand and walked out.
I sat there in shock he actually choose her over me? I soon heard another knock I opened the door and it was my pizza I paid the dude and ran to my room to stuff my face and watch Netflix since my best friend choose his girlfriend over me. After about 45 minutes I feel into a deep sleep.
