The Necklace

Finally, the truth

'Okay, so, James' mother died giving birth to James. Vanessa's father was the king of this land, Kastrona and he died by an attack of people from Earth. They were able to enter Kastrona by stealing the necklaces of the brothers and sisters from the king, who lived on Earth, because they wanted a normal life, which is really stupid by the way, and killed them afterwards. Only the king, who died, and his brothers and sisters, who died as well, had the power to enchant their necklaces themselves and they enchanted the necklaces of all people, even on Earth to find their true love, but when they died the power of all the necklaces, theirs included, died with them after a day, people got random necklaces, instead of the necklace that fits into the necklace of your soul mate. That's how it eventually became a myth.

'Wait, my mom died giving birth to me?! And her father was the king of this place?!'

'Yes, unfortunately she did, and Vanessa's father was indeed king of this place. This place has a name, by the way; Kastrona. Anyways, the people who attacked the king almost succeeded at claiming the throne. Your family, Vanessa, trusted James' family the most, they were kind of councilors for Vanessa's family. So, when James' mother and Vanessa's father died, James' father and Vanessa's mother had to come up with a plan. The inhabitants of Kastrona didn't want a woman as leader, so your parents decided to marry, so that James' father, a man, could be king'

'Wait so I'm actually Vanessa's brother!?'

'No, let me finish, patience, young man.'

'Sorry'

'So, just when they were about to say their vows, they got attacked and all their guards were murdered, they managed to escape and fled. They had to find a save hiding spot, they had 2 newborn baby's to take care of as well. They thought that hiding amongst humans, on Earth, was the safest. Of course they couldn't just go randomly to Earth, they had to look for a wizard to enchant their necklaces. They found a wizard who helped them. You have to connect the necklaces for 5 second to travel from Earth to Kastrona.'

'That's why it didn't work first, Vanessa!'

'Excuse me, I said no interrupting'

'I'm sorry, go on'

'So, the people who attacked the brothers and sisters of the king, didn't know the magic of the necklaces died a day later. They immediately went to Kastrona when they captured the necklaces, but they were stuck there, because the necklaces didn't work anymore. When they found out about the necklaces, they visited every wizard in multiple villages. All the inhabitants, the wizards included, were very fond of the king and his siblings, which these people killed, so they hated them and refused to help them. The people who were behind these attacks called themselves; The Amazing 5, their nickname; TA5. TA5 killed all the wizards who refused to help them, some fled and hid and some even killed themselves, because they knew that if TA5 would return to Earth they would kill you two and that you two were the only true leaders, who can bring back peace and help us all. When TA5 didn't find any wizard who helped them, they decided that they would claim the throne, because they're the only 5 humans in this land, so, they thought they were special.'

'How did you find James and me?'

'Well, first of all, I know everyone around here and I've never seen you before, so you must come from Earth and the only people who can travel from Earth to Kastrona, is you two and your parents. And I think you two are a bit to young to be parents. Second of all, it has been said that you can recognize you two by your blue eyes, which are as bright as firework and that your eyes glow at night. And at last, your chestnut brown curly hair, Vanessa, looks exactly like your mother's. Oh, and one more thing I forgot to tell you, when your parents brought you to the wizard, he didn't only enchant your necklaces, but he also gave you magic. Both of you have a specific power, which reflects your personality, but no one except your parents and the wizard know what it is. They kept it a secret so that when the day comes that you have to use your power, it would come as a surprise to your enemies. You two also have the power to restore the magic from the necklaces, so that people are able to find their true love. It's a really hard spell, though, so you first have to practice a lot and get your magic under control'

'Wait a second, you're telling us that we've got magic, that we're the king and queen of Kastrona and that we have to bring back peace to this land? Come on James, lets go, this is seriously nonsense.'

'Vanessa, wait, I know it's hard to take all of it in, but how else can you explain that we're suddenly in this place, just by connecting our necklaces for 5 seconds or the elf, the dragon and the giant, talking ant.'

'My name is not just "elf", it's Orrian. And not only ants can talk, all creatures can, dragons included. Her name is Ohen the Bright, she's a bit shy, so she doesn't talk often, but she's the best dragon that you could wish for.  Anyways, James is right, listen to him. Can you think of any other explanation, Vanessa?'

'I'm not that shy, Orrian, I'm just not that talkative and he's right, I am the best dragon'

'Wow, Okay, Orrian, I belief you, but what do we do now? We can't just storm into the castle, they'll probably kill us.'

'That's very smart of you, Vanessa, but'

'Oh, oh, I can sneak into the castle! I'm awesome at sneaking into places!'

'What did I say about interrupting me, James?'

'Sorry'

'And no, you can't go into the castle. You first have to master your magic, get to know your subjects and figure out who would be handy to help u with claiming back your throne and killing TA5.'

'Okay, so where do we go first? Maybe you've got sneaking powers James.'

'Hahaha, very funny, Vanessa. Orrian, where do we go first?'

'Lets first go to my house. There you can wear clothes from Kastrona, so you can blend in. Then you can eat and wash yourself. You two have a rough time coming up, but it's worth it.'
