Chapter 12

Sky's p.o.v

It's 5am on a sunny Monday morning and I am just after getting out of the shower and I brushed my teeth. I quickly dry my hair and I decided to put it in a ponytail with a plait at the side. I move on to my makeup and then I went to change(outfit #1). When I was finished changing I went over to my closet and picked out a school bag and then packed it full of the schools books that I had at home. Beforw going downstairs I picked out a nail polish colour to paint my nails while I ate.

I walked downstairs into the kitchen and started to make my breakfast , I decided on natural yogurt and some berries. I sat at the counter when my dad came into the kitchen 

"Morning" he smiled

"Good morning" I said with a mouthful of yogurt

"Don't talk with your mouth full of food" he laughed

"Sorry" I shrugged.
I was texting texting Lydia about a new makeup collection that MAC were bringing out when a very tired looking Allison slumped into the kitchen

"Morning" I laughed

"Shut up" she mumbled

"What's wrong with you?" I giggled

"I was up late finishing an essay" she yawned

"Ah I see" I nodded.
She ate some cereal quickly and we went out to the car and she drove us to school.

I stood at my locker getting out my books for my first class which was Econ. Scott and Stiles walked pass and Allison said hi to Scott but he just ignored her

"What was that about?" I asked

"I have no clue" she shrugged

"Right........well I better get to class bye" I waved at her as I walked away

"Bye" she mumbled.

I walked into History and I sat in my usual seat and started to take out my books. When the lesson was coming to an end our teacher gave us back our essays about our ancestors and then announced another one

"Your next essay that is due next Friday is a topic of your choice" he told us while everyone scribbled it down in their notes before the bell rang telling us that class was over. I walked out of the classroom and to my locker to get my books for English and then I walked to the classroom. When I got to the classroom I sat in my seat behind Stiles and he was talking to Scott when Allison came in and Scott again completely ignored her. When the lesson began the teacher started to give out to Scott and he looked like he was getting extremely mad and Stiles was muttering things under his breath and I could hear a rapid beeping but it started slowing down and so dod Scott and I noticed Allison holding his hand under the table.

*skip to after school*

I closed my locker and walked over to Lydia's locker

"Hey Lyd" I smiled

"Hey , I was wondering if I could stay at yours tonight" she looked at me pleasingly

"Uh sure" I shrugged

"Thanks , It's just my mom has gone on a business trip and I don't want to be alone" she smiled

"Let's go then" I said excitedly.
We walked out of the school to the car where Allison was waiting

"Hey Lydia is going to stay at ours tonight" I said getting into the car

"Omg sleepover" she laughed before she turned the car on and started to drive home.

When we got home we went straight to the kitchen to fond our mom on her laptop

"Hey mom Lydia is going to stay here tonight while her mum is away on a business trip" I told her

"That's fine" she nodded

"Let's get some snacks and we can do our homework" I said turning to Lydia

"Ok" she nodded.
We got some water and some different snacks before going up to my room. We started on our homework and when we finished Allison came in and we decided to order some pizzas for dinner. When we were waiting for them to arrive we got changed into our pj's (outfit #2). We picked out a movie to watch for when our pizzas arrive and we decided on Mean Girls. When the pizza arrived we all cuddled up on my bed and ate while we watched the movie and we got some ice cream. When the movie finished we all went on our laptops and I decided to do more research for my history essay , my topic that I chose was ancient Egypt.

"Omg I need to get something from the new MAC collection" Lydia sighed

"Me too" I laughed heading onto their website

"But I wouldn't even know what to get" Lydia laughed

"Get it all" Allison shrugged laughing

"Might just do that" Lydia said getting off the bed and walking towards hers purse to get her debit card "OW" she hissed

"What's wrong?" I asked

"I stepped on something" she said bending down "why is there a stone in your room?" She asked holding it up and I immediately remembered the night when Stiles was throwing them at my window

"Oh it could have been in a shoe or something" I said like it was nothing

"A stone that big?" Allison asked

"Yes" I nodded

"Mmhhmm" they both nodded

"What?" I laughed

"Nothing" Allison shook ger head with a smile

"No tell me" I laughed

"It's nothing" she told me

"Ok" I shrugged.

Soon after that Allison went back to her room and Lydia and I got into bed and went to sleep.

*at 3am*

I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing , I answered the phone and Kate's voice rang through

~Sky?

~Kate? What's wrong?

~I need you to come pick me up

~Pick you up? Where are you? And why aren't you in bed

~I can't tell you that but I need you to come pick me up

~O-Ok where are you? (I asked getting out lf bed slowly and quietly)

~The preserve

~Ok I'll be there in a bit

*end of call*

I put on a pair of shoes and left my room quietly. I went to the kitchen to get the car keys and quickly left the house. I started to drive tk the preserve and when I got there Kate stumbled into the car , I turned to look at her

"Oh my god Kate! What happened to you?" I asked her when I see her , she was bruised and had a cut lip

"If I told you your father would kill me" she breathed out

"What do you mean? Why would he be mad?" I asked confused

"I honestly want to tell you but I can't" she said "now drive us home you have to get up for school soon" she motioned to the road

"Ok" I whispered as I started the car.

When we arrived home we quietly went into the house and both went to bed.
