Patriotism is just a word with a meaning. To some may it be different in meaning and how they think of the word and how it’s expressed. Patriotism is the loving in ones country. I am one that loves my country, but I only show my love in spirit and through celebrating every birthday with cake and bright red, white, and blue fireworks. One of my favorite holidays to celebrate in my opinion. They’re are a lot of different ways we Americans show our love for our country and also a couple of my very close Asian friends from Indonesia.
Military is full of our saviors. May not be to everyone but they risk their lives for their country, freedom, and everyone here in America. Even if it’s military in another completely different country it still is showing their respect as in patriotism towards their country. They serve to protect and respect. They love their country just like love at first site.
When our country became popular due to the Cold War with Russia we were very pleased with how we had turned out making Americans feel better about their country. Most have come from over seas in looking for our freedom they may have not had. Once going through the process of becoming an American individual they were more happy with being free about speech and religion. We don’t ask for much in return just the love and passion everyone has shown.
Going back in time we shall looking at September 11, 2001. I remember being two years old hearing the news of the bad people, so I called them. Terrorist has a root word in it, terror, says it all. They are bad people wanting to hurt themselves and other for absolutely no reason at all. Four planes were taken over that day, but only three were crashed killing everyone aboard. One plane crashing into the United States Twin Towers in Boston, New York also known as our Global World Trading Center. Another managed to strike the Pentagon in Boston also leaving the last to actually collide with a field failing to make a big scene other then the lives lost on that flight that day.
Facing the fact that we are Americans living in our country ran by super officials in office not only the White House, but everywhere. Teachers have a big part in helping the next generation of leaders get smarter, doctors save the lives of Americans and anyone in pain or suffering, and police, military personal and so forth, respect and protect our individuals leaving all at peace. We may not realize how much of a patriot we are, but we all love our country and everyone in it with passion not hate no matter how much we may dislike something or someone we all make up our beautiful home land, America. Patriotism means ones loving of their country and that’s just how I should put it. Love, peace, America
