This is not the End

This isn't a chapter, but an author's note, and a much needed one too.

First of all, a big, big, big thank you to everyone who read my book and, most of all, gave me a chance to do something that I've really wanted to. A book lives through its readers, so it is actually you all who were part of Neville's adventure.

A big thank you to TanmayNagi and Soumyo for being my beta readers and bombarding me with their never-ending scoldings and indignant, rage-filled messages; to flawsarewhatdefineus, downtherabbithole6, sushmitaguha55, inlovewithreading1, tallwinds, babyspygirl, @animegirl520, vaibhavanand and ejmcmoon for being my very first readers. This book would have never been completed without you all. I hope I haven't missed anyone out - it would be embarrassing if I did.

As a token of my gratitude, because there isn't much else I can do, I would like to dedicate each of my chapters to you all. So please let me know which chapter is your favourite and I'll dedicate it to you.

Secondly, I'm going to be taking a teeny tiny break. However, you can be sure that Neville's story will continue. I'll get back to writing as soon as possible. There is just one more chapter on Neville's first year, but some bonus chapters are in the pipeline to let you know what is happening the Wizarding World in the meantime.

One of my abovementioned readers wants me to do character sketches. So if you want the backstory of any particular character, put an inline comment next to this.
