This is ridiculous, all this violence for what? More blood spilled on the already stained asphalt. History seems to be repeating it's self as my brothers lay cold and my sisters stay up scared. Killing fathers increasing the stereotype that "black kids don't have daddies.". You can't wash us away with a shower of bullets. We fought for equality, enough of us were killed on the journey to it. So I raise my fist, as a sign of strength. To show that I am proud of my race. I wear the scars of our history as beauty marks and you can't wipe the grin off my face. The men killed this week only jump started our push for equality and peace. Who knew that black and blue in America would look like a bruise.
