Hey guys thank you for reading ch.1 honestly I wrote this because I am bored waiting for my turn to be checked-up in the hospital... That's right! You heard me, hospital. I have a sickness called pneumonia which affects my lungs and my mom is undergoing asthma so please pray for us thank you.

(Luke's POV)

"WAKEY WAKEY!" , shouted Ben, literally my only friend in this place. Ben is 12 and he suffers of ADHD. He was sent here when he was about 7 and he was my only friend ever since.
"Shut up Ben!", I screamed back. "C'mon wake up this might be your lucky day". "It never is.", I replied again. "Well you never know..."

"Ok kids make sure to look presentable and line up here" Maria said to us. "Sure" I said to Ben and I dressed up in my most comfy outfit I chose a v-necked shirt and jeans. I put on cologne then I brushed my teeth then went in line.

Three, I don't know how old girls, probably 13, went to me and said I looked radishing but I snobbed them and went to Ben. I felt sorry for them but they always fangirl over me and they don't really know of me being bi. "Snobbing again huh?", Ben asked. "I really don't care on what they feel and I am really annoyed so I think that it's fine." "Ok then. If you say so...."

Then Maria told me I'm up then a guy over his 20's approached me
"Hi!", he said with a huge cute smile. Yep I thought he was cute but I think he's gay. IRDC. "Hello!" I said to reply on his greeting. "What's your name?", he asked. Luke.. Just Luke." "Ok, Just Luke. Tell me about yourself." "Well. My name is Luke. I'm 15 and I've been here for 12 years. I am here now because of my dad who couldn't accept me for what I am. I have only one friend and his name is Ben and I think he's pretty much my only friend. I suffer from anxiety and depression. That's the reason why I don't pretty much get adopted. So that's me." "I'm sorry. I feel bad for you and my name is Joey. Joey Graceffa. Thanks for telling me your story." , and by that he left like what the others would do.

We were then sent back to our rooms and I lost hope. When I heard a knock. "Hello?" It was Maria. "Yes?", I asked. "Pack your bags. He wants to adopt you." Really?" "Yes he does now go."

Before I packed I went to Ben to tell the news. I told him to not be sad (because he's tearing up...he's emotional,so yeah...) and that he will find a family that he deserves too. And we said our goodbyes then I went to Maria.

Maria was there for me in times I needed her. She was actually like my mom already and I will surely miss the moments I wass here in the orphanage. Before I left I hugged Maria and I thanked her for everything she's done for me. She told me to be nice and to be happy. I told her that I will always visit her and that I will really miss her.

We said our final goodbyes then I went to the place where me I will meet up with my new family.

"Well hello there! I really am sorry for what happened to you. I truly am and I promise that will never happen again." "Ok Joey...", I said.
"Goodness Gracianias. Don't call me Call that. Call me dad", he said. And to that we left and we headed to his house. Well basically also my house now but you know.... I am really excited. I am now part of a family again. Will he be a good dad? We'll see...
