Chapter 2:
Ding! Ding! Ding! As the bells signaled the end of homeroom, Ms. Benesh slowly strutted away from Shane's desk, while shaking her non-existent behind and fixing her low-cut top so it flaunted her fake assets even more.
But I guess if I were to pay a couple thousand dollars for a new boobs, I would show it off.
Rochelle grabbed her bag and was about to step out of homeroom when a distinctive perky voice screeched out, "Wait! Roch! I forgot to give you your schedule!"
Rochelle turned around to see Ms. Benesh walking toward her as quickly as her blood red hooker heels would let her, holding out a bright pink sheet of paper.
"Don't you love the pink? The office gave me a boring, old white one and I figured that the hot pink looked sooo much better." She said grinning widely, putting her pearly white teeth on display.
"Ummm. Yea, thanks for the schedule. The pink looks pretty." Rochelle quietly said to her teacher. Rochelle daintily grabbed the paper from Ms. Benesh's hand, walked out the door and bumped into something hard landing herself straight on her butt. A large, calloused hand suddenly appeared in front of her face. She slowly grabbed the hand and stared at the person it was attached to. For some reason, she expected it to be Shane but instead she found herself looking into the prettiest eyes she had ever seen. It was the rarest shade of blue, almost purple with flecks of gold.
"I guess I really do have girls falling at my feet." Mr. Purple-Eyes said teasingly as the sides of his eyes crinkled into a smile letting out a light chuckle. Rochelle stared up at him and slowly took in the rest of his features. His midnight black hair was styled with a kind of emo cut to the left. His tight black Anthem Made V-neck was showing off both his muscles and the tattoos on his chest. The one closest to his collar bone said "Before you I serve nothing." His left arm was covered in a black sleeve tattoo and on his right arm a single music note was displayed on his wrist. His black skinny jeans fit him perfectly showing off his long legs, his feet was covered in white Toms.
"Oh, I'm really sorry. Are you okay?" Rochelle timidly asked Mr. Purple- Eyes.
"I'm fine. But how are you, Ms....?"
"Ms. Elliot, Rochelle Elliot." Rochelle timidly responded.
"Well, Ms. Elliot I'm River Davidson and I have a feeling we're gonna be getting to know each other very well." River said with a cheeky wink throwing his arm around her shoulders.

Rochelle went through the rest of her morning with the same suggestive stares and comments from horny teenagers as she passed by in the hall or as she entered her classes before the teacher. By the time it was fourth period she was sick and tired of all of the whispering and staring from not only the creepy boys but also the jealous girls. As she entered her math class, she saw Mr. Purple- Eyes, also known as River. She tried walking to the other side of the room, but once he saw her he waved her over and she had no choice but to sit by him.
As she sat down, an elderly man entered the room his potbelly sticking out from underneath his collared shirt. He looked around the room and stared at each of us with dismay. Then, put his brief case on his desk opened it up and handed each of the students a packet of papers. As he handed Rochelle the papers, she crinkled her nose and mentally gagged at the stench.
"I expect all of these to be done by tomorrow, however, I'll give you the entire period to work on it."
Rochelle pulled out her pencil and looked over the packet, it was everything she learned last year. She was half way through the packet when she looked at River, he doodled all over the front page. She turned back to her papers and completed the packet before the end of the period. She raised her hand up and the teacher came over.
"Did they not teach you this at your old school? Or are you just stupid?" The last part he mumbled under his breath.
"Um no, I was just wondering if this was all we had to because I'm done." She said in a hushed voice.
"Let me check this." He grabbed the papers out of her hand and looked over her answers with scrutiny. "You got all of the problems right. I guess you can just read a book or something."
Rochelle sat quietly in her seat until the bell rang signalling period 5. She was silently leaving the room when she heard her name being called.
"I see that you understand math fairly well. I want you to tutor River, he on the other hand is practically failing my class."
"With all due respect sir, can't you find someone else to tutor him?"
"No, you're going to tutor him, and that's final."
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
After fifth period, it was finally lunch. Rochelle paid for her food and looked around for a familiar face. She spotted River with his gorgeous eyes and inky black hair, when he saw her looking he waved her over to his table.
"So, I heard that you have to tutor me. Wanna start now?"
"Um, sure." Rochelle quietly responded to him.
"Hey guys. This is Rochelle, my new math tutor. Rochelle, this is Vic, Mike, Gabe, Justin, Jaime, Tony, Alex, and Rian. And Taylor, Cassadee, and Harley." River sat down then patted the seat next to him offering her a seat. Harley gave Rochelle a jealous glare then looked away. They all carried on with there own conversations. Rochelle and River decided to finish lunch before starting their tutoring session. River tried talking to her but Rochelle just responded with one word answers, if at all. After they finished eating, Rochelle began to take out her things when she felt a huge weight on her shoulders. She looked behind to find Shane's hands on her shoulders, eyes glaring at River.
When Shane finally looked down at Rochelle he asked, "Why are you sitting with him? You're supposed to be sitting with me. You are MY girl after all." Shane then turned toward River and glared again. Rochelle looked down at her food, not being a person of confrontation, she stood up and quietly said that she was going to the bathroom.
"I'll go with you." Harley said as she got up to leave as well.
When the two girls reached the bathroom, Harley pinned Rochelle against the wall.
"River is mine. Got it?" Rochelle replied with a silent nod to which Harley responded with a stinging slap to Rochelle's cheek.
"You answer me with words when I talk to you, understand?"
"Yes." Rochelle responded with a whisper.
"Good. Now stay away from River and tell no one about this, or else," she said before turning away and walking out the bathroom.

Hello my lovelies. The song of the chapter is Shake Tramp by Marianas Trench. I love the song and the band, doesn't the song fit the scene with Harley... kind of. Anyway... can anyone guess who River's looks are based off of... Hint: some of the people at the lunch are the names of his friends in real life. Can you tell what kind of music I like? The lovely elderly teacher is based off of a teacher at my school... can you tell what I think of him? Anyway... comment and vote <3 Kell
