I hop off the bus finally, along with the mute-seeming girl who just read the whole way back. How she didn't get a headache I have no clue!

She smiled at the driver who gave a small, weak smile back politely.

I realised the girl and I were the last to get off the bus and were the last ones on the bus.

Silence came between us as she walked away slowly, her paces short and neat. I looked down at my feet.

Contemplating.

'Do it! You may never see her again!' My mind bellows. I nod silently and jog a little towards the beauty among me.

"Wait!" She stops and turns around curiously. I wave and smile gratefully as she turns around fully, mind most likely racing at why a random man stopped her in the middle of the dim street.

"H-hi, can I have your name? I'm not t-trying to be creepy but you're absolutely beautiful! I c-couldn't stop admiring you ever since you stood n-next to me earlier." I stutter out quickly, flustered.

The girl blushes, takes out her notebook, pen along with it and begins to write down words.

When she's done she rips off the page carefully, giving me the small, delicate piece of paper.

It read 'I'm Eleanor. Eleanor Grace. Also, thank you! You're cute...'.

I laughed softly and folded the paper into an acute form.

"Well, nice to meet you Eleanor! I'm Adrian." I greet graciously. Smiling brightly, this girl is amazing - I can tell.

We stare into each other's glistening irises until her phone pings and the magic dissolves like pixie-dust.

She smiles apologetically, taking her phone out of her coat pocket slowly - almost reluctantly.

Eleanor looks at the glowing screen, her once joyous, care-free expression falling into an anxious, worrisome state.

She looks at me as she frantically places her phone in her coat pocket again. Then grabbing her notebook and pen, scribbling a minuscule message.

She rips it out, handing it to me rapidly saying:

'I am so sorry, my father needs me back urgently! Lovely speaking to you - let's talk tomorrow, on the bus?'

I nod and smile.

"It's alright, lovely speaking to you too darl'! Goodnight." I say as she scurries off, waving her goodbye.
