All At Once

Chapter 4

Ross's POV

I wake up to my phone ringing, not a text, not a phone call, but my very annoying alarm that wakes me up everyday; Just so I can look as good as I do. I roll out of bed and walk to my bath room. I strip off my clothes and jump in the shower. The bathroom is soon consumed by steam from the hot water. I take about five minutes before I get out, and change into my favorite yellow V-neck and a pair of ripped skinny jeans. I put on a couple of r5 Bracelets that I got on our Louder tour. Then I go back to the bathroom and comb my hair to the side so it doesn't look like a mess. Then I brush my teeth and go down stairs to see Laura sitting on the couch watching TV. She was in a hello kitty shirt and pj shorts decorated with pineapples. I walk to the couch and sit next to her. She was watching Vampire Diaries on our Netflix.

"You basically live here, you know how to work the remote and everything." I say with I light chuckle, and she just smirks at me.

"Yeah, but you guys wouldn't be able to live without me." she says adding a small giggle afterwards.

"Yeah with all the drama around here we wouldn't last one week without your adorable self." She smiles at me. I love her smile, it makes me melt inside. Shortly after, she goes back to the TV. My family and I have know Laura and her family for as long as I can remember. I have a crush on her as you can see, but she doesn't know that. Everyone else does, obviously. We sit there for about an hour watching Vampire Diaries. Its actually not that bad, Damon and Elena are talking about taking the cure and he said he would take it with her if he could be with her and have kids with her. That's cute. Suddenly I hear footsteps coming from up stairs, our house isn't the most quiet house. It was Riker. Probably coming to make breakfast for everyone.

"Good morning," he says in a tired sort of way. "Do you guys want anything to eat?" He takes out a pan and some eggs and starts to crack them into it.

"Doesn't matter, I'll have what your having." Laura speaks up, still mesmerized by the TV.

"Are mom and dad still asleep?" I ask, already knowing the answer.

"Yeah, I guess so." Riker says still cooking the eggs. "So I was thinking about going to the mall today, do you two want to go with? I was thinking everyone could go as well, I mean once they wake up of course." he says laughing a little bit.

"Yeah I don't have anything to do. What about you Laur?" I ask her.

"Nope, nothing. My life is absolute trash." I hear Riker chuckle in the background. Well I guess we're all going to the mall today. Sounds fun, considering what happened last night. That's when Vanessa and Rydel come walking down the stairs.

"What's this I hear about the mall?" Rydel asks with a hint of excitement in her voice.

" I was going to go to the mall today, and I wanted to know if everyone wanted to go with me. So I was talking to Ross and Laura about, do you two want to come?" Riker says bringing Laura a plate filled with scrambled eggs. She starts eating them instantly, half way done when Rydel complains about not having any.

"Yeah, we'll go." Vanessa answers for both her and Rydel, "What time are we going?"

"Um, I was going to say around 11. It's like 9:30ish right now, so that gives you an hour and a half to get ready." Riker explains to the girls, as they all get up, and rush to Rydels room. To I guess... get ready? I don't understand why they take longer than a half an hour to get ready.

TWO HOURS LATER...

"Ok, I'm ready to go." Rydel says, walking down with Laura and Vanessa right behind her, it's now 11:30. Finally those brats are ready.

We all jump in my mom's mini van Laura next to me in the back and Vanessa directly next to her.  Rydel was in middle with rocky and we left the front seat open for Ellington, while Riker was in the drivers seat.

We drive for 45minutes and finally hit the mall. Riker parks and we all jump out as if we were in a tiny clone car. Once we get in, the girls and the guys spilt up. Rocky, Ratliff and I try to cheer up riker but he seems really fricken depressed. I guess the whole Vanessa thing is really taking a toll on him.

"Hey bud, why don't we go and get some food that might cheer you up?" Rocky says with a questioning tone.

"Yeah I could go for some lunch." He replies back. In not Such a sad tone I think we might be making progress...? 

Rydels POV

Vanessa and Laura are pissed at each other. We are in American Eagle and they haven't said a word to eachother since we got here. Its so annoying.

"Vanessa try this on." It was Laura wow they are actually talking to each other. "Maybe it will help you get pregnant again" never mind, I have to step in now

"Laura that's enough, it wasn't Vanessa's fault that happened to her, but Vanessa you should have told laura. She's your sister. "

"Laura I'm sorry she is right I should have told you." Vanessa speaks up

"Im sorry too, I should have been so hard on you. I'm was just angry you didn't tell me."  Laura responds and now we are all made up and don't have to be awkward.

"Hey maybe you could tell that to Riker and it can fix everything." She gives me a weird look, "or not that's cool too."  We walk out of the store after buying so jeans, and right after we walk out Laura bumps in to this guy. He is super cute and she seems to be acting like she knows him. Sooner or later Ness clears her through and Laura introduced us,

"Noah this is My friend Rydel and my sister Vanessa." Vanessa shakes his hand as I do after she does. He is super tan and he has brown eyes and brown hair, but it's not dull it's really hot.
    
Well after about ten minutes of waiting they exchanged numbers and we were on our way.
