Tom was always trying his best to find love, but never found it. This made or hard for him to keep that smile on his face. He always thought " what if I never get adopted", "what if I never find true love", or "what if I'm destined to always be lonely".
He always wanted to learn, so he oils provide for his family and live a happy life, always thinking to himself, "the road to success is paved with failure" and "there are always happy endings".
-2 years later-
As people kept leaving and coming, everyone still ignored him, he never had any friends. Poor lonely tom, then one fateful day, he meets a new person, a kid that was a year younger, skinnier, and weaker. Tom went up to the new kid "hi I'm tom" "hi I'm Alexander" and just like that tom's hope started to rise. They became best friends, they looked out for each other, always talked, lonely tom wasn't lonely anymore.
