Chapter 3: Friend or Foe.

" Kate, Ariel, and I, were very close. We were besties since we were 2. But when we all turned 12 she stopped talking to me. She went around to my friends and bad-mouthed me. She told them lies. And when we were in 8 grade, she told everyone a rumour. A rumour that I never got over. She bullied me. She caused me to cut. But when we went into high school she stopped caring. I got somewhat popular, and she hated me. She tried to bad mouth me. But Ari, and my other friends helped me and by 10 grade I became the most popular girl in school. Kate became envious. She would try to sabotage my chances to any thing good, but I didn't care and went on. Her brother didnt exactly help her, her brother is a player. Girls would be Kate's friend for her stupid brother. She didnt want to hear it, but when her brother played Kate's true best friends heart, and broke it. She had no one. She just trailed behind. She claims I took her spotlight and left her in my shadow but I never did. I wanted to be besties again. But when someone goes around bad mouthing you, you tend get a strong hatred over that person." I explained. The boys all nodded.

" She is a bitch any way" Ariel said blankly.

" Sure, but she was our best friend." I said softly. Her face softened and soon she frowned.

" You need to stop! She won't stop! So you have to be the better person and stop! So stop convincing me to like her. And stop trying to convince your self!" Ariels shouted.

" You think I chose to have her hate me? You think I chose her to be my bully? I JUST THINK SHE HAS SOME GOOD IN HER. EVERYONE DOES!" I screamed loudly and got up quickly, causing my chair to fall back wards. I ran up stairs on the verge of tears. She was my friend. Why can't I make her mine now?
