This shipping seems to be known to be quite adorable when thought of. I can see how it is adorable, but I again, these are one of those shippings that I know are out there and I don't mind.
Voice wise.......they sound pretty good, so yeah I can see why. Relationship would be something like this I guess:
Piko: probably that shy one of the relationship and blushes when around Rin.
Rin: that happy-go-lucky girl who always keeps Piko's spirits up.
Again, not so sure about this ship, but I guess something like that. Rating wise I would give it a 7/10, since in my own eyes and opinion I don't really see this ship.

Rin: hm......me and Piko?*tilts head slightly confused*
Piko:*looking at Rin with a clueless expression*
Rin: well, I dun know about that.
