A glimpse of faded memories comes to your mind as you approach a familiar place.
They say they will leave tomorrow. You start panicking, you run out of this house. They come to catch you, all three of them. You step on a sharp tree branch, it hurts your foot, because you ran out barefoot. You look back, they all stand in the door, looking at you.
You go towards the pond through the old, abandoned garden patch, sit on the bridge, you put your legs in the water. Your legs shake in the ice cold water. You look at the sun, it is going down, soon it will be dark and you are outside. You hear footsteps in the grass, you look around and see them. You run on a path, it ends there, in the middle of the grass, and you decide to run trough the meadow. Long grass is sharp, as you step on it it hurts your feet, but you keep running, you just want to run away from them. You got to garden patch, cold soil soothes your skin from the bruises and scratches. You look around again, but they stand still where the garden begins. You slow down, you step on the road, the cool sand and little rocks. Rocks hurt if you step on them, but you go forward anyway. You see them from the side of your eye, they go and watch you closely.
You wipe sweat from your cheeks, and you notice tears running from your eyes. No, they are not from the hurt feet, they are from your stabbed heart. Why would they go away so soon? Your Hapiness, Sunshine and Hope. You know that they will come back next summer, but how will you live all year without them?
You go up to the house, they are right behind you. You start to run again. Cool ground is soft to touch. You get to the pond again and dip your legs in to the water to soothe painful feet and feel the water hugging you from all directions. You look at bubbles around you and fishes in the deep. They get closer to you, and one of them blocks your way out of the broken bridge, the other way is water. You don't want to get submerged in theese feelings, you risk and decide to go trough the mud, forgetting your fear of leeches. Your legs feel gross, they are covered in mud, seaweed and decomposed leaves, but your shorts are untouched. You run aroud trough the trees, branches hitting your face. You got in the grass, it hurts, but you run faster than ever. You run trough the garden patch, sandy road, again again and again running in circles, just to get away from them, tears don't stop running. You don't want to see them ever again.

After what it feels like a couple of hours they finally catch you. You are so tired of running, and you just let them be. It is dark outside, they hold you in their hands, you sit on the bench by the house, and you all stare at the beautiful stars, not saying a word. You stare for hours, and as the sun rises you start to drift asleep.
You wake up in your bed, look at your table and see a note.
"Thank you for this year's adventures and events. See you next year!
H. S. H."
You start crying.
You just can't stop.
You already miss them.
Your Hapiness.
Sunshine.
Hope.Someone starts talking to you when you stare at the water for too long. Your faded memory reminds of itself sharply for the last time and fades, never to be remembered again.
