Yawning loudly, I rubbed my eyes trying to focus on finishing the History test I was typing for my class to do the next day.

It revolves around the great disperse that took place roughly 1500 years ago, where the great werewolf pack consisting of all werewolves, chose to break off into smaller packs as it was too hard to truly look after such a large amount of people. Yawning again I knew it was time to pack away my things and sleep or risk falling asleep on my laptop and waking up in the morning to have drool over it.

Saving the test I put my laptop off and laid it on my bedside table, trying to avoid pushing off the other objects as I did so.
Closing my eyes I prayed for a nightmare free sleep, something that rarely happened these days I thought to myself as I fell into a heavy sleep.

Morning light shone into my eyes alerting me to the day ahead, a day I was to tired to take on with the vivid images of the nightmare I woke up from, playing behind my eyelids as if it doesn't want me to forget, not like I ever can forget.

Huddling under the blanket again I tried to fall asleep and would have succeeded if it wasn't for those irritating birds outside, the noise even louder due to my enhanced hearing. Groaning loudly I climbed out of bed and strechted until I heard the familiar cracking sounds.

"Its a new day Rose, sadly there's no time to ponder the thought of killing birds. You can at least look forward to giving your class a surprise test", I said to myself happily while climbing into the shower...

Looking into my cupboard I decided to wear a simple black skirt that made my curves stand out, with a white button up shirt, white being a colour I like since it makes my black hair seem more striking. Throwing on some light coloured foundation to match my pale skin complexion, I make my way to the bedside table to grab my laptop and handbag so that I can leave .

Locking my front door I practically skipped to the school situated on the western side of the pack grounds, waving to the other pack members as I went by.

"Hey there Rose, you got the cake I sent?," Mrs Thompson, the schools chef asked as I walked by, "Sure did ma'am, it was amazeballz!" I said in a sing song voice, giggling softly at the expression she always makes when I try to act like a teenager. Waving my goodbye to her as I neared my classroom I opened the door and set my laptop on the desk, hooked it up to the printer, and started printing out the test papers.

Looking at the drab walls of my classroom and knowing all the other classrooms mirrored mine, I felt like throwing a bunch of random colours on the walls to try to make the classroom feel less like a jail and more inviting I thought .

Hearing the printer stop, I got up to collect the papers from the machine, and start leaving the test on each pupils table for when they arrive which would be soon I thought as I heard the bell ring. I barely finished putting the last paper down before the kids arrive.

"Good morning Miss Blackthorne ", " Sup Miss Blackthorne ", were just a few of the greetings I got as they walked past me to take their seats.

"Goodmorning class, I hope you kids enjoyed the wilderness training Mr. Stone took you on during the long weekened that passed," I said while seeing the smirks on their faces, knowing that they set a tent on fire and nearly gave Mr.Stone a heartattack in the process, or so he said in the email he sent all the teachers ", Come on pups you're 15, this is your last year of being a kid before you shift for the first time next year and start contributing to the pack, you can't go around terrorising people you'll end up working with."

Sighing loudly I took my thoughts away from Mr.Stone and his problems and instead focused on the task at hand , " Take out what you need please, there's a test I layed out for you guys to do, Its regarding the great werewolf disperse I've been teaching you about for the last 2 months so you should ace it, you have 30 minutes and when you're done leave them on my table."

Taking a seat I put my earphones in I tried to forget about all the paper's I'll have to mark, the only downside of being a teacher I feel, most impotantly I tried to forget about the talk I was going to get from my grandfather at supper time tonight about finding a mate. The same talk I've gotten every Friday night for the last 20 years, " I swear I'm still treated like a child, maybe I should have stopped aging at 40 instead of 21, I'd look old and therefore he'd treat me like an adult hopefully ." I mumbled to myself as I watched the class closely for anyone cheating, which no one did. Yep this test is so aced, score one for an awesome teacher I thought smugly.
