"Being this perfect hurts sometimes but you don't have to worry."
-------------------------------------------------------------

Walking down the elaborate castle corridors, I try to remember where Eric's office is while also trying to ignore the creepy feel of this place, not to mention the paintings of moody looking people hanging on the wall. Have they ever heard of smiling?

Rounding a corner I felt close to giving up on finding his office as I couldn't recall where it was. While I was thinking (and dreading) about the torture I was going to be put through, I forgot to look where I was walking and ended up walking face first into this girl and before I could regain by balance I landed on my ass.

Damn clumsiness.

Looking up I get ready to apologise to the girl until I see her laughing at me. Not being able to help it I laugh also, not really sure about the joke but also not being able to stop laughing. She extended her hand to me and I gratefully accepted it.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorta clumsy when I don't focus. I'm Rose, and you are?" I ask her. "Shaira. Its nice to meet you though the manner we met was not conventional." Frowning she gestured to my back, "You're bleeding."

Stretching my arm behind my back I could feel my clothes were a bit moist, my scabs had undoubtedly opened, "Don't worry about it, just a few opened scabs. May I ask if you could sorta show me where King Eric's office is? I need to meet him in the office beside it." If she doesn't know where it is then there's no hope for me, but when I saw her nod I felt happier than I've felt today.

Finally a nice person besides Jesh.

Following her down 2 more corridors we finally arrived at the door. Before I could thank her she opened the door and walked into the room and I followed suit as I was late enough and I didn't want to give Eric another season to hurt me.

Looking around I saw I was in a fairly large hall, very plain looking. The only furniture was a massive round stone table, which I could barely see as guys in armour stood around it leaning over a map and arguing about God knows what.

Men.

"BIG BROTHER!", the girl screamed and ran into Eric's arms. My jaw nearly dropped to the floor and I was in to much shock to stop it.

She's related to. THAT.

Laughing in response to her welcome, he places her down from the hug and ruffles her hair, "Just in time my little  polemistí̱s, the meeting has begun." Taking a seat she gets in on the arguing like it's everyday life.
Polemistís? She's the packs warrior in charge? Today is just getting weirder. I don't mean to be rude or anything, she just seem to nice to be a fighter, let alone the one that trains majority of the pack.

Sighing I walk to Eric, ignoring the pinching feel on my back from my open scab as I go. At least I don't have to fake the pain now.
As I neared the table, Eric looked up at me and sniffed the air which would be weird if he wasn't a werewolf and all.

"Slave, why do you smell of blood? I told you to shower," He said with a look of disgust on his face. Knowing my next words were going to cause it for me, I decided 'it's that time of the month' wasn't a good reply so I didn't answer at all. Seeing that he won because I won't risk getting clawed again, he smiled and continued listening to what the guys at the table were talking about. Being closer to the table I could now look at what they were actually doing. A map was placed down with chess pieces on it placed at different points. They're going to war.

Holy shit.

I tap Eric on the shoulder lightly to get his attention as I need to go. Now. "Yes slave?" He asks without looking up, "May I go? I need to clean my wounds." Sighing I hear him mummble something along the lines of ' damn non-shifters', "Fine go, Jesh escort her to the room and come back, we need you."

Jesh left the arguing guys and gestured for me to follow him as he speed walked out the room, jogging to keep up I feel confussed as to why he's rushing to drop me off, as if he doesn't want to spend time with me. Guys are over confusing I swear.

As we got to Eric's room I mummbled a goodbye but I'm stopped as he grabs my arm.

"Rose, what happened in there? You look like you saw a ghost." He asked.
"Nothing is wrong Jesh, I just need alone time. You practically ran here, all for nothing."

"Don't lie to me Rose. When you saw the map you freaked out. Spill it."

Sighing in defeat i confess my thoughts, "This sounds familiar Jesh, I think I taught this last year but I'm not sure, the rogues are attacking and they had sent a message attached to a dead guard, yes?" I asked, trying to figure out if it was the same war. At the look of surprise and confusion on Jesh's face I knew I was right and that I'd have to confess about where, or should I say when, I'm from.

"Jesh, the King dies. Eric will die in battle."
