You:

Nat left an hour ago and the time is 9pm. My parents are idiots and forgot their own keys. So, I decided to stay up till they return.

I was in the middle of watching Faking It and I heard someone laughing outside. I shrugged it off and continued watching.

My head drifted to ideas of tomorrow. Maybe a nice dinner and walk on the beach? Sounds nice enough.

Wait maybe I could sing her a song on the guitar. The only one I know is Her Lover, which mum taught me. However, I still need her help. Maybe she could come and sing Her Lover with me and then another song? Sounds perfect.

I'll have to ask tomorrow. Yet again I heard Whiskey meowing. I ignored it because I swear that cat doesn't stop.

About an hour later I was still up. I then came up with the most brilliant plan. Call my parents because they're still out and I'm fighting sleep.

I clicked mum's because for some reason it seemed more practical than moms.

"Hello?" She asked.

"Hey mum."

"Oh hey Y/N."

"Is that my niece!?" I heard Rose yell.

"Yes it is now sh." Ally said.

"Mum, you left your keys here."

"Shit. I guess it's a good job it has a autolock thing."

"Yep. So, what time will you be back?"

"I don't know. Babe? What time will we be back?" She asked Stevie I assumed.

"About 3 why?" I heard Stevie ask.

"We left the keys at the house and Y/N is there."

"Can't Y/N come give us them?" Is she crazy.

"Our daughter is not coming out at 10  o'clock at night."

"Get Alexis to get the keys she is on her way here."

"I don't know if that's a good idea." Ally sighed.

"It's fine aslong as I can go to sleep." I chimed in.

"Are you sure?" Ally asked concern lacing her voice.

"Yeah. It just means I'll be asleep when you arrive."

"Okay. I'll call Alexis now."

I hung up the phone. I pray she doesn't bring Sally. I can't deal with her, not now. It's bad enough I have to stress over a date plan and now my ex comes. Great.

About 20 minutes later there was a knock on my door. I went to the door wrapped in a blanket and held the keys. Opening it I saw a girl, quite drenched. This wasn't Alexis, Nat or Sally.

"Hello?" I questioned.

"Y/N. Can I come in?" Xanthe?

"Yeah sure." I gestured her in, looking outside before I closed the door.

"Thanks."

"Wh-" There was another knock on the door.

I looked at Xan, then back at the door. She stood in fear. What is happening?

I opened the door and Alexis stood there. She smiled.

"Hey Y/N, your mum said I can get the keys." I nodded.

"Here." I passed her the keys.

"Are you okay here alone?" She asked.

"Yeah fine. I ordered pizza and I have been editing videos and watching films." I smiled.

"Thats good. Enjoy your night." She ran back to the car.

I assume it was an uber. Closing the door I heard Xanthe sniffle. Turning my head I then took notice of what she looked like.

She wore a red shirt with jeans. Her hair was soaked and she had a backpack with her. I was so confused.

"What happened?" I asked.

"A lot. Can I have a change of clothes?"

"Of course." I ran to my room grabbing some pjs.

Coming down, I saw her counting money that she had in her bag. She sighed. I walked into the living room, handing her the clothes. She thanked me and left getting changed.

I heard her phone ping next to me. I glanced at the text.

Father: You can't hide forever.

Shit.

I left the phone and just stared in front. How did she know him? Since when did she have contact with him.

"Are you okay?" Shs asked sitting next to me.

"Yeah." I lied.

"We kinda need to talk." She sighed.

"About?"

"Dad."

"I don't have a dad."

"You're lucky. He lost those rights to you. But not to me."
