"Is it just me...or is it getting REALLY hot here?" Frisk asked. Sans smiled. "Sorry, that's just me." Frisk didn't respond, nor' crack a laugh. 'Rats.' He thought. Up ahead was a puzzle...one Sans couldnt figure out. "A steam thingy makes you fly to another thing and then the process repeats..." He said, puzzled. Frisk rolled her eyes. "Sans, I can do it." She squeaked. "Just hold out your arm. Sans held his arm out, and Frisk stumbled across it to get to his hand. She examined the puzzle. "Go on the steam right there...then it will lead to right there, then go right there...go left, and then go right...and you'll end up on the other side." She instructed, pointing. Sans had a surprised expression on his face. "Wow Frisk, you're smart." She laughed. "Sans, its common sense." He let Frisk crawl back to his hoodie, and then stepped on the steam. It lifted him into the air, and then to the other side. "This is fun!" He exclaimed. Frisk smiled. He kept doing this until he got to the other side. "Easy." He boasted.
~Flowey's Perspective~
Flowey cowered, and his eyes kept filling with salty tears. "Stupid stupid STUPID!" Papyrus growled, throwing an object at him. Alphys was nearby, just watching them, eating a pack of noodles. 'I need to escape and find Frisk...I need to..' Flowey thought. Something made Papyrus and Alphys look toward the elevator. Flowey shifted his gaze to it as well. It had just opened, and a robot-like-spider walked out.
~Mettaton's Perspective~
Alphys rolled her eyes. "Ugh." She ignored her creation and focused her attention back on her food. The robot frowned. "Uh...hi..." He said awkwardly. He stared at Papyrus and the scared plant under him. "Am I...interrupting something?" Papyrus scowled. "You are. Now LEAVE." The robot looked down at the flower sadly. He knew that inside...he was a monster too, but, he tried to avoid it. 'Poor little flower.' He thought pitifully. "Go upstairs and do whatever you robots do." Alphys instructed. Mettaton nodded and went back upstairs. He walked into his ragged room and sat down on his mattress, sighing. He gazed at the poster hanging in his room. It was of two monsters dancing together, side by side. "I wish I were that talented..." He said aloud. He then shifted his attention to the other monster's partner. He thought of his cousin. "Napsy.."
