I groaned. "What is it, Chris?"
"Nothing..how are the illustrations?" "Oh, the illustrations. Right." I forgot to mention I was a rather artistically-inclined person, although I was far from ever reaching the rank of my senpais.
I was also partners with my "brother", Chris. Remember the English project Mimi mentioned earlier? Yeah.
"You didn't send me the story yet..." I pouted. "Oh. Oops." He chuckled. Chris' voice was husky, soft. It was soothing to hear him talk, although I Was far from soothed at the moment. "Just send me the story already. Sheesh." He threw his hands up. "Jon has it." Seeing the annoyed look on my face, he quickly added, "I'll make sure he sends it tonight though. Don't worry." I nodded in approval. Grabbing Mimi by the arm, I made my way through the SHB Building to the front lobby without glancing back or even saying goodbye.
On one of the tables sat Ella, grinning and talking to some of my other classmates. Mimi broke free from my hold, and raced towards her. "Ellieeee!", she squealed. Ella glanced up and stood up immediately. "Mimi!" The two embraced and talked. Feeling tired, I sat down and decided to take a cat nap.
