News Spreads Quick!

I clicked the off button on my remote after the credit scenes appeared from finishing "Scream 2", a great movie but just too predictable they should make a horror movie that's not so predictable maybe I'll do that when I'm older. Don't get me wrong, I love horror movies but they're all the same. There is always a murder, it's victims, and the survivor. Can't there be a horror movie based upon real life because that would be a heck of a scary movie. My phone lit up it was my best friend, Lilly. We became friends in the 7th grade and we've become closer ever since.

Yes, I heard she disappeared and they found her body covered in blood in the forest and her dead fetus right next to her.

Oh god, that news just gave me shivers. Karena was a kind person some of the times. She was the minion of the Queen Bee, Alice. Both of them tried their best to make other people's lives horrible which is what made me and Lilly hate them more. I guess that's what came for her because, of how bad she treated others. But why would I think that. Well, she was mean but she was also kind at times. She always wished me Happy Birthday and had decent conversations with me so she pretty much treated me with respect. But I also thought she deserved what happened. Is it bad I thought that? Gosh, I sound so "Fake" but what does that really mean? Think about it us human beings are alive we aren't fake like plastic. Oh, wait, they mean our personality. Sorry sometimes I get tangled in my thoughts wayyyy too much haha.

Police think it was suicide because she didn't want her parents knowing she was prego. But I think she was murdered. What do you think Elle?

I'm not sure what to think. I'm still in shock.

I open the instagram app. And it didn't surprise me when I saw lots of R.I.P Karena because she was popular. Hmm, I know what you're thinking the news spread quickly! Yeah well, I do live in a small town filled with houses and has mostly creepy alleys and forests. So news does get spread around quickly. I shut my phone off bored of just reading Condolences.  I turned the tv back on to watch something else.

ooh yes, I'm going to watch the 'scream tv series' because, yessss!

"Elle have you seen Mom and Dad?"

I turn around when I hear a young boys voice and I see my 8-year-old brother, Dave, with a worried look on his face.

"No why do you ask?"

"Because I saw new groceries on the table and their cars are in the driveway."

I thought it was weird because, mom always puts the groceries away once she arrives.

"Elle I'm scared what if something bad happened!!"

"Dave don't think like that we'll go look for them."

I turn the tv off and grabbed my phone holding it firmly just in case of an emergency. I get up and check my surroundings but theres nothing just a practically empty living room.

"Come on."

Dave follows me while we check around the house. The kitchen is very clean with only new groceries on the counter. The office is clean as well nothing there. I check my room nothing clean as well. We also check Daves room all we encounter is a horrid smell.

"Dave when we find mom and dad ask them to help you wash your clothes because it smells like something died in here."

"Gosh don't be so dramatic it doesn't even smell that bad!"

"mmhm yeah, that explains why I almost fainted."

"Gosh you are so dramatic Elle can we please just continue to look for mommy and daddy? Please!"

"Ugh fine"

We enter our parent's room when I trip on something and I looked down.
