The Bad Boy Is Undercover- Chapter Two- "Being pinned against a wall and being asked if I need to be carried home is not considered as something kinky."
The smell of burnt rubber filled my nose, bringing me to my senses.
I unclipped my seatbelt, flinging open the door and stepping out. With one quick motion, the host had took off my helmet. He cocked his head before yelling into the microphone.
"We have our champion, She has won against Xavier!"
My competition strode over, eyes shooting daggers in my direction.
"I wasn't even meant to race," I placed a hand on my forehead and widened my eyes. The host just smiled before moving the microphone towards Xavier.
"How does it feel to lose against a girl?"
He didn't answer, just grabbed my wrist and tugged me away. Once he had let go, I had no idea where we were. The room was only small with concrete walls and a few benches. A changing room, maybe?
"I'm Xavier."
"I know that. I'm Addison." I raised an eyebrow.
Xavier pulled off his helmet, revealing his features. He had cold, stormy grey eyes, a strong jawline, full lips and dark hair that was perfectly styled in a messy look. He was handsome, I had to admit.
He pushed me up against the concrete walls, which I soon learned were very cold. His eyes pierced into my own and I immediately broke the eye contact. He traced my lips, smirking.
"I seem to have a rather amazing effect on you." One hand found it's way to my waist, where it settled.
"You only just met me, you have absolutely no idea what effect you're talking about." I struggled in his grip and gave up a few minutes later, sighing loudly.
"You just give up. I make you feel weak," He parted his lips, minty breath fanning my face.
I set my jaw, rolling my eyes and looking at anything but him. He let out a low laugh that was lacking humour.
The frustrating boy then stepped back, pulling a box of cigarettes and a lighter out of his black skinny jean's pocket.
"You can't tell anyone about the past few events. This stays between us, Princess." He raised the cigarette to his full lips, stopping any movement and giving me an incredulous look.
"Are you going to leave now or do I have to carry you home?"
I glared over at him, sinking down to the floor and searching for my phone in my jacket pockets. Xavier snickered holding the smoke between his teeth and holding up my only way of finding my friends.
"Give it back!" I jumped to my feet, storming over and trying to reach my phone. It was ridiculous, a 5 foot 6 girl trying to get something from a 6 foot 1 guy. I plucked the cigarette from his mouth and threw it onto the ground, stamping it out.
"You can die from smoking." I stated, crossing my arms over my chest. Xavier did the same, after slipping my phone in his pocket.
"Give my phone back, Xavier!" I whined, kicking the ground with my left converse.
"Give my phone back, Xavier!" The boy mimicked, smirking.
"Only if you give me something in return." He shrugged. I threw my head back and let out a loud groan.
"One kiss." I held up a finger. He grabbed my hips, shoving me up against the wall. I cowered away from his tall frame, into the concrete.
"Two kisses."
"No!" I threw my hands up in the air, before bringing them down and trying to shove him away. He took advantage and picked me up, wrapping my arms around his neck.
"Two kisses, Princess." He winked.
"No kisses." I slid my hand into his pocket, grabbing my phone and dropping out of his arms, making a run for the door.
"Hey, come back!" He growled, right behind me. I sprinted as fast as I could towards the exit. A squeal escaped my mouth as a large hand enclosed my arm. "Let me go!"
"I'd like to race again sometime, Addison."
"I'd hope not." I muttered, turning and walking away from the scene. All I wanted was to be tucked up in my bed. I didn't want to be at some illegal race course freezing my butt off.
"Good night."
Spinning on my heel, I sent Xavier a brisk nod before disappearing into the swarm of people.
The slight breeze had tangled my hair, knotting the tips. I examined myself in the rear vision mirror, letting out an innocent 'oops' as Megan glared over at me from the drivers seat.
Her eyes narrowed to slits before she finally spoke up, "Do you have any idea how worried we were about you?"
I shook my head and shifted uncomfortably in my slumped over position.
The pick up truck screeched to a halt as Megan slammed the brakes on at a red light. She blew out a breath of air, muttering inaudible profanity.
After inspecting my very interesting shoe, I cleared my throat, "It's not my fault some dude decided to throw me in a car. You should've seen how worried I was. I hadn't even told my parents that I wanted to be buried, not cremated!"
"You're family doesn't need another-"
I narrowed my eyes in her direction before shifting my gaze to the traffic light. It flickered a little before changing to a dull green.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have mentioned that." She brandished a toffee candy from the glove box, tossing it into my lap. I unwrapped it, popping the sugary treat into my mouth.
"You should've seen how pissed off Xavier was after I won." I managed, trying to pry the toffee off the roof of my mouth with my tongue.
"What happened afterwards? Where did he take you?" She bombarded me with questions, her once grave expression replaced by a cheeky, amused grin.
"A locker room,"
"Kinky."
"Being pinned against a wall and being asked if I need to be carried home is not considered as something kinky."
I dove onto my bed, climbing under the covers and feeling immediately feeling at ease. If it was just my luck, I would be seeing Xavier again.
