"Chapter 3

____Suspicious minds____

"Maddy!" Rhydain shouted along the narrow country road, rhydain ran up to walk beside her "heyyyy, last night was AMAZING we turned I was won-" Rhydain was cut off.

"I know, it was crazy I can't wait till next full moon!!" Maddy said jumping around!

When they got to school Shannon and Tom were waiting at the small arch outside the front door of the school, "Maddy... Shannon has something to tell you!!!!" Tom said enthusiastically giving Shannon a shove forward.

"I ... I don't think you are telling the truth a think you are a ..." Shannon said as if she was definite something was up!

"Uh I thought you were my best friend?" Maddy shouted and stormed off, Rhydain ran after her

"Maddy it's okay!" Rhydain said following her to the other Side of the playground.

When there first class was over it was time for break Rhydain and Maddy decided to go to the photo room (the dark room ). Maddy Shannon and Tom started a photograph club when they were in S1, no one ever went they just thought it was boring but they thought it was quite interesting!

When Maddy and rhyhdain went into the photo room Tom and Shannon were standing with 2 cameras in there hands, "what are you doing?" Maddy said dryly give Shannon a 'look' Shannon marched out giving Maddy a push with her shoulder "uh, what was that for ?!" Maddy said turning to Rhydain ,he put his hand on her shoulder "let her cool off, don't worry she's the one who has lost the best girl in the world!" Rhydain said with his sweat soft voice.

"Uh, I'm getting out of hear!" Tom said running out of the 'dark room' Maddy and Rhydain laughed! The spent their whole break in the dark room talking about what to tell Shannon, then they got an idea ...

At lunch Maddy text Tom to take Shannon to buries (the only cafe in the small town!) that way Rhydain and Maddy can also go and they can tell her EVERYTHING (but not the truth as ...their secret was out)

Lunch came around pretty quick, Tom didn't know what was going on so Tom and Shannon went in they sat I number 3 as there was only 4 tables it was that small! "Hear, kids what can I get you two the day ae?" Burnie said in his 'crockie' voice as they sat down "just a strawberry milkshake you?" Shannon answered, then looking at Tom.

"Yeah same hear!" Tom replied

Maddy and Rhydain were peaking round the corner of a wall outside burnies, "right hear we go!" Maddy exclaimed as Rhydain followed her in to the small cafe...they both sat down in front of Tom and Shannon "right, before you say anything ..." There was a long pause it was like the words wouldn't come out of Maddy's mouth!

"Meandmaddyarelongdistendrelitivessowearecoudins"Rhydain said VERY fast so nobody would understand him!

Tom and Shannon looked at each other and gave Maddy a nasty smirk (not Tom he just wanted to be friends with both of them)

" me and Maddy are long distant relatives, so it's quite complicated... So call us cousins!?" Rhydain said more slowly so they understood, Maddy looked at them with a nervous look on her face all she saw was them finishing there milkshakes.

"Maddy ... I get it! I'm sooooooo sorry though will you ever forgive me!?" Shannon said standing up "oh thanks burnie!" She added as they left the cafe.

"Kids, uh" burnie said picking up the empty glasses.

"Of course!" Maddy said giving Shannon a big hug "come on, group hug!!" She shouted as she pulled Rhydain and Tom in.

"You now I was really suspicious when I shouldn't of been!" Shannon said

"Yeah" Maddy said nervously.
