Ash looked down at James "I don't know" he started "it started happening this morning I looked outside

and saw the lab was pixilated almost as if it were a video game" "so you don't know any more than I do"

James said "well I do know that team rocket might have something to do with it" Team Rocket was a secret

organization that stole pokemon from trainers for money. James hated every Team Rocket member he ever

meet because they always tried to steal Ash's strongest and most beloved pokemon Pikachu. James always

wondered where Pikachu had gone and if he left any eggs......he wondered. "Well if Team Rocket is involved

than we need to find away to keep your pokemon safe" Ash continued "ok grandpa but I don't have a

pokemon" Ash spat out his drink as if someone had punched him in the stomach "WHAT YOU DON'T

HAVE A POKEMON YOUR 13 IM GOING TO TALK TO PROFESSOR OAK RIGHT NOW!" Ash yelled

having the whole senior center staring. Ash got up and grabbed James with a weak grip and pulled him out

of the center and dragged him over to the pixilated lab "OAK WHATS WRONG WITH YOU" Ash yelled as

he burst open the doors "I Er.......don't know what your talking about Ash" said Oak "MY GRANDSON

DOESN'T HAVE A POKEMON AND HE'S 13 WHY DOSEN'T HE HAVE ONE YET" Ash yelled (that's a

bit of an exaggeration he just said it normally) ............what the OH! James so you decided to talk to me

through your thoughts (yeah and I've also decided to call you Eon it just sounds good for a narrator) ok I

like the name Eon to. (Ok Eon it is) okay so "My grandson doesn't have a pokemon and he's 13 why doesn't

he have one yet" Ash said normally (that's better Eon) "we simply ran out of them on his tenth birthday"

said Oak "ok but I need a pokemon" exclaimed James "well I do have an egg that's bound to hatch soon"

said Oak matter-of-factly "Ok, what kind!" asked James "it's actually a descendant of Ash's Pikachu!"said Oak

"After Ash retired and gave his Pikachu to me I started breeding them! I believe that the egg is also Ash's pikachu's grandson" (phssst Eon coincidence?

NOT!)

"Well James would you like to acquire the egg now?" Oak said "OF COURSE I DO I'VE WAITED 4 YEARS

FOR THIS" yelled James as he reached his hand out in a joking matter but Oak didn't seem to think so

"Ok" Oak said in a shaky tone James wondered why Oak took everything so seriously (more just a

pondering thought...) look I add more detail so the reader will want to read it, not so you can correct me

on everything James! (But it's fun) James thought with a frown on his face. Well you have to stop unless you

want the reader to get bored (I don't care about the damn reader Eon! I JUST WANT TO MAKE THINGS

RIGHT LIKE THEY SHOULD'VE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE!)

this is only the first half of this chapter but I needed to get something out there so I've decided the chapters are going to be double spaced and a little longer so yeah and I'm holding a FANART contest for a new cover for the book just draw something related to the first three chapters and post it on Instagram and put the tag #jamesketchum and tag me at @jbobwhat24
