James Ketchum: Ash's Grandson?

Our story starts 4 years in the past in a place called Pallet Town, one of the most famous towns in the Kanto region. It was also the birth place of Pokèmon master Ash Ketchum and is now his place of retirement. His 34 year old daughter Chi-Chi (DRAGON BALL REFERENCE) also lives in Pallet Town with her 9 year old son James, James has always dreamed of becoming a Pokèmon master like his grandfather but he is not of age as of just yet. Good thing his birthday is tomorrow! James is a very Special boy, James has broken the 4th wall. this means he is able to hear what I'm saying and is fine with that but he gets teased about it all the time he has a hard time at school and his grade are not that great. but Chi-Chi still loves him, but his father Gary the second has disowned James. and Gary and Chi-Chi fight almost everyday. but James dosn't let this get to him because his mind is somewhere else, right now he is thinking about his birthday and what Pokèmon he is going to choose. the next day James wakes up early and runs downstairs jumping the last two steps and shoves on his hat and runs outside to Professor Oak's lab where he can finally get his first Pokèmon! James bursts through the doors to the lab and runs to Oak's feet and says "I'm here for my Pokèmon!" Professor Oak frowns as he says " I'm sorry James we're out of Pokèmon" this hit James like a bullet to the chest as he sullenly walks outside and goes back home.
