Chapter 6 - Unexpected Friends

*Vida's POV*

The first person I saw was a woman.
Who is this woman in my house?
I go inside the house. 

"Oh my God!", says that girl looking at me.
Who is she?

" It's her!", says that girl.

Niall comes out of his room.
She looks familiar.

" Oh my God! It's her! Vida's home! Liam...", he says as he goes back into the room.
Why is everyone saying the same line looking at me?

" How are you?", she asks.
" I'm fine, how are you?", I ask.

"I'm fine, so where is Liam?", she asks.
" He-", I start saying but Liam comes out of the room.
"Oh my God!", says Liam.

" Liam!", says that woman hugging him.
" Lauren! How are you?", asks Liam.
" I'm fine", she says.

"What a surprise? What are you doing here?", asks Liam.
" Well! I came to London yesterday and your Mom gave me your address, sorry I couldn't come to the wedding", she says.

"It's fine, so, did you meet Vida?", asks Liam.
" Yeah! She's so pretty ", says Lauren.

" Hello! I'm right here", I say.
"Lauren, this is Vida, my wife, Vida, this is Lauren, my close friend from my hometown", says Liam.

" Your close friend? You never told me about her", I say.
"As if you told me about Chris", says Liam.

Harry walks in.
" Oh! I see a pretty girl", says Harry walking towards us.
"Hi I'm Harry", says Harry.

" Hi! I know that you are Harry! I'm Lauren", says Lauren.
Harry comes and stands beside me.

"Vida! She's so beautiful!", whispers Harry in my ear.
" Oh! I forgot to tell you, Alex is here as well", says Lauren.

" He's parking the car, he'll come up", says Lauren.
" He might be her brother", whispers Harry.

"So how long have two of you been in a relationship?", asks Liam.
" Maybe not", I whisper in Harry's ear.

"Why does every single girl I try to impress is either engaged or turns out to be your best friend's ex or has a boyfriend?", says Harry.
" It's called bad luck Harry", I say.

Suddenly, a very familiar guy walks in.

"Ah! He's here", says Lauren.
" Guys! This is Alex! My boyfriend ", says Lauren.
" Oh my God! It's Vida", says Alex looking at me.

"Why is everyone doing that today?", I ask.
" Wait! We met before", says Alex.
"Yes! I think we did", I say.

"Wait! You sat beside me in the plane when we were coming from Ireland", says Alex.
" Oh yes! How are you?", I ask him. w

That's the reason Lauren's face was so familiar, he showed me her picture when we were coming to London for my bachelorette party.

"You sat in a plane beside Alex?", asks Liam.
" Last minute booking", I say.
" Small world huh,?", says Alex.
"Yes!", I say.

" So, how was your wedding?", asks Lauren.
"It was amazing", says Liam.

" Guys! You keep talking, I've to talk to Vida for a minute ", says Liam dragging me into a room.
" You didn't tell me that you knew Alex?", asks Liam.
"You didn't tell me that you had a friend called Lauren?", I ask.

" You didn't tell me about what happened between you and Chris ", says Liam.
" You let your best friends annoy me", I say.
"I thought you tell me everything", says Liam.
